After our little stunt, Lucien and I decided to ditch the ceremony
Okay, I may have exaggerated when I said the word ditch. Xerxes had already stuffed his two canines onto Larissa's neck and unlike normal circumstances, Larissa but his neck as well.
It was kind of gross because I mean, who would want to have some guy sticking their canines into your neck like a freaking vampire
"You look disgusted by the scene"
"Why would anyone want that"..
"It's the same way down women get turned on when their man leaves a hickey on their neck"
"What is a hickey?"
" How could I forget the fact that you are still so innocent "
He sighed dramatically
"Like for real,what is it?"
"I could show you what it is instead"
"That might even be better."
"Remember that you asked for this and gave me your consent "
"Why are you acting as if it's a big deal"
"Okay, here we go"
All of a sudden his lips latched onto my neck nearly making me jump out of my seat.
That honestly caught me by surprise.
I tried pulling away but he held me in place
"Stay still for a minute and it will be over"
I surprisingly did as I was told. I didn't even offer any resistance mainly because the feel of his tongue against my neck felt so good.
Mahn this progress was moving way to fast. I just met the guy but the positive energy and vibes that I was getting from him were just overwhelming
Like unlike Nathaniel and Xerxes I have never felt this way before
For the first time I felt safe and happy even though we met just a few hours ago
"And done,might I say that is one of the prettiest hickeys I have ever seen"
"I'm going to the bathroom to take a look at it "
"And I being a gentleman will escort you"
And that is how ,both Lucien and I ditched the ceremony
Fast forward, Lucien was looking at me with a hint of mockery as I yelled at him
Apparently hickeys were something different as to what I imagined they would be
My neck was covered in angry red and pink marks and the little bastard seemed to be very thrilled about it
I mean how could I even walk back to the ceremony. What would people think of me.
"Aren't they beautiful "
"You are a fucking animal I mean why did you have to overdo it. This was just to be a demonstration but instead you got so many of them on my neck!"
"I will still call them beautiful "
"How would you feel if I did the same on your neck huh!, How would you feel if I put hickeys all over your neck"
"Honestly that sounds pretty exciting "
Then he bared his neck to me
"Litter my neck with your hickeys Andrea "
"Why you you little"
"I am not little in any sense trust me or better yet I can show you"
"No Kore showing no more showing "
He laughed at that comment
"Fine ,you win, I won't show it to you then"
"What are we going to do about the marks in my neck?"
"Nothing "
"Lucien"
"Fine then, you can use my handkerchief "
"Very funny, you know very well that it won't cover everything,"
"But it's worth a try isn't it?, It's better than walking out like that"
" I am so going to ignore you after this"
"Stop complaining,now come let me fix it for you,"
After that situation, we went back to the ceremony only to find that it had somehow ended and now it was a reception
I could see Larissa from a distance greeting guests but there was no sight of Xerxes
"Why do I smell another male's scent all over you?"
Found him.
My eyes landed on his neck and noticed the two distinct canine marks on it
This man surely had nerves and the audacity.
"Maybe it's because I let another male to rub their scent a over me"
"I get that you're upset about this whole thing but you know that I love you and not her, so you don't have to continue acting like a little human slut by having other males"
"I can do whatever I want Xerxes and you cannot control me"
"Oh yes I can. I can control you whenever I can because you are my woman"
His grip on my arm tightened by the second and his eyes were turning pitch black
"My love, I got your plate of meatballs and they sure are h... Oh who do we have here,if it isn't Xerxes oh sorry, Alpha Xerxes,long time no see"
Xerxes grip loosened but he didn't let my arm go
"Lucien "
"Congratulations man , I can't believe that you finally marked Larissa. I got to hand it to you, it takes a real man to forgive and forget his true love's past mistakes despite them being big "
"I'm in the middle of something Lucien "
"Oh I see. You've met my girlfriend Andrea right?"
That made Xerxes to let go of my arm
"Girlfriend?"
"Yes girlfriend "
Lucien put the plate aside on a nearby table and wrapped his arms around my waist. He then undid the handkerchief that we so graciously spent time on tying it then rested his lips on my neck peppering them with light kisses
Xerxes soon noticed the hickeys on my neck and his jaw clenched
"When did this happen!"
He was trying to calm himself but I could tell that it wasn't working
"Calm down Xerxes, you are going to cause a scene if you continue with this"
Lucien said or rather mocked him
"How are you two even together, you have never even met each other before"
"Actually we did . It was month ago and we started it off as friends and soon I realized that we were just meant to be"
"Love at first sight ,can you believe it buddy. I found my better half in your pack"
