I'll just start off by talking about this photo for a sec. It's a bit blurry because it was taken by my cheap phone camera but notice how Ezra and Maudie look and smile at each other in this picture. Like their saying "I ship those two" or are just generally giving each other the look of love🤭 Also Ava smiling at Kyle admiringly (Yes, I was bored and suddenly observant while watching the show)

"What happened to you bro?" Benji asked as he caught the basketball smoothly before passing it to Fish.
That's the 5th time I missed a 3 pointer!
"Yeah, you suck today." Fish added as he passed the ball to me.
"I-i don't know man!" I said, throwing the ball at the backboard in frustration.
The truth is, I can't stop thinking about last night.

"Do you have any girl problems?"
We all looked to our right and saw Ezra, who was sitting on a bench at the side of the court.
Looks like he finally finished his book.
"Girl problems?" Fish and Benji asked in unison.
"It's nothing guys." I muttered as I gave Ezra a look to shut him up.
He's the only one who knows about my fake relationship with Ava.
He's going to blow it-
"Is this about you dating that Ava chick?" Fish asked.
My eyes grew wide as I turned to him.
"How did you know?" I asked.
"It's the latest news around here." Benji said dribbling the ball around.
"Yes, you two are quite popular so it's not really a surprise that news about the two of you dating had spread faster than the plague." Ezra said.
"Abby Willow was the one who mentioned it first, I think." Benji added, passing the ball to Fish.
Of course,
Abby had to tell the whole world.
"Yeah, is that you're problem?" Fish asked, shooting a 2 pointer. "Are you two already fighting? Hasn't it been like 2 days?"
"N-no, I just feel...." I said, not knowing what to say next.
"Oh Kyle! ~"
I turned around and saw the gossip brat herself.
"Can I speak to you privately?" She asked with a hideous smile on her face.
"Sure..." I muttered.
Then she grabbed my hand and started pulling me away from my friends.
I don't like her holding my hand..
It feels wrong.
I stopped and yanked my hand away.
"I'll just follow you." I said.
Abby rolled her eyes and continued walking.
