Starting a new chapter of marriage, parenthood and business owners, everything is going so well until someone tries to tear it all apart...
Dino lifts from the counter, shaking himself from a daze as Kayden stares at him like he's crazy.
"I've been talking you for five minutes"
"Damn. My bad"
Kayden leans back on the stool and folds him arms over his chest. Dino takes a sip of his scotch, avoiding Kayden's look.
"What's up with you?"
"Noth-"
"It would save us so much time if you were just honest"
Dino downs the rest of his drink before leaning back on the counter
"Do you think it's possible that Ro would leave me for someone else?"
Kayden give Dino a blank stare
"That's like asking me if grass shouldn't be green"
Dino looks at Kayden confused
"Exactly. A dumbass question, isn't it?"
Dino scoffs and fills his cup again
"Look. I'm not saying it to make your feelings invalid but Ro only has eyes for you. I'm sure she and everyone else around you had told you the same so why are you thinking differently? Is it her or is it you?"
"What do you mean?"
"Has Ro done anything to make you think she wants someone else?"
"Honestly, I-"
Dino's words are cut off at the sound of heels coming down the steps. Robin steps into the kitchen in her playboy bunny costume for the party
"Got damn"

Dino covers Kayden's eyes and whistles at Robin. Kayden laughs and places his hands over Dino's
"Since I can't look, I'm sure you look amazing Snickers"
"Thank you"
"Shit. Gimme a spin"
Robin steps in front of Dino and slowly spins, making sure to brush her ass against Dino in the process. He leans down and whispers in her ear
"Keep it up and we aren't leaving"
The huskiness in his voice makes Robin shutter
"Can we go before y'all do something nasty?"
"Right. I almost forgot we're cutting into your date time"
