Haider's heart raced as he saw no signs of movement or response from Hamza. Concern surged within him, and without hesitation, he rushed out of the room. He pounded on his chachu's door, jolting him awake and prompting him to open the door before his wife could wake up.

"kya hua, Haider?" haseeb asked, observing Haider's panicked state as he closed the door.

"Chachu, Hamza," Haider managed to say, desperately seeking his haseeb's understanding. He swiftly grasped the situation and hurried to Haider's room, taking his medical bag with him, while Haider followed closely behind.

He examined Hamza while Haider sat beside him on the bed, clutching his hand tightly.

"Haider hume sab ko batana ho ga zyada der tak uski condition ko chupa nahi sakte" haseeb advised. Haider shook his head, pleading softly.

"nahi chachu please abhi nahi pehla hi aghujaan ki tabyat thek nahi hai agar unhe pata chal gaya to boht bari problem ho jai gi... Ap please kisi ko mat batana" Haider implored, trying to make his chachu understand.

"mein nahi bata raha beta par yeh baat kab tak chupao ge... Aur wese bhi jab yeh sari baat sab ko pata chale ge to tumhara kya ho ga tumhe pata hai na" Haider swallowed hard. He knew that once his family discovered the truth, especially his dadu, they would not spare him. He was certain that his dadu would be furious for hiding it.

"Chachu, Hamza theek hai na" Haider asked, his eyes filled with worry, looking at haseeb.

"hn abhi ke liye to theek hai, mein dawai de deta hun par isse kaho zyada stress na liya kare... Its not good for him" haseeb responded, preparing two injections.

"Bhai..." Hamza's weak voice captured their attention. "hamza, theek ho bache... Kesa feel ho raha hai" haseeb inquired. Hamza simply nodded in reply, lacking the energy to speak.

As soon as Hamza spotted the injections in his haseebs's hand, all the weakness flew away as he jumped off the bed, startling both Haider and haseeb.

"Hamza kya kar rahe ho pagal ho gai ho kya" Haider scolded softly as he approached him.

"bhai mein koi injection nahi lun ga please boht dard hota hai... Ap chahe to mujhay dant lo mar lo par mein koi injection nahi lun ga" Hamza responded fearfully, retreating.

"bache dard nahi ho ga promise, you need it to get well please" Haider tried to convince him.

"bhai yar ap har dafa yahi kehta ho dard nahi ho ga par hamesha hota hai... Apki mar ka wese bhi abhi tak dard ho raha hai" he complained, looking adorable, which made Haider chuckle.

"hn to galti bhi to apki thi na" Haider wrapped his arms around Hamza, giving him a warm hug.

"Ap abhi bhi gussa ho?" Hamza peeked out of the embrace, looking even cuter.

"hn par agar ap injection lagwa lo ge to nahi hun ga" Hamza made a crying face but nodded. He knew how important the medicine was to keep him alive.

"Close your eyes and take long breaths," Haider gently guided Hamza to lie on the bed as he himself lay beside him.

Haider embraced him tightly, while Hamza rested his head on Haider's chest, Haider gently ran his fingers through Hamza's hair.

A sharp hiss escaped Hamza's lips as his uncle administered the medicine into his back, causing a severe stinging sensation.

"Bhai," Hamza managed to utter amidst the pain, "Shh, bs, it okay. Ho gaya mere jaan." Haider comfortingly rubbed Hamza's back to ease the pain as haseeb removed the needle.

"bhai aur nahi please... Boht dard ho raha hai... Mujhay to lagta hai mein sari zindagi baith nahi paun ga" Hamza was in agony, but he couldn't express his pain without making it sound humorous.

"I'm sorry, bacha bs aik aur," Haider said softly.

Hamza couldn't help but release small whimpers when Haseeb administered the second injection. Despite his best efforts to stay quiet, a painful yet endearing yelp managed to escape his lips.

"Oww," he softly hissed, trying to suppress the discomfort. Haider, being the caring brother he was, immediately spoke up, saying, "bs bs ho gaya." Haseeb swiftly withdrew the needle and gently massaged Hamza's back to alleviate any lingering pain.

"yar bhai mein hi pagal hun jo har bar apke juta promises mein a jata hun... Ab itna dard ho raha hai, bahir sab ko kya kahun ga mein jab woh puchein ga to," Hamza complained, a hint of exasperation in his voice.

His words elicited chuckles from Haider and Haseeb, who found his frustration amusing.

"hn to ap bahir ja kar sab ke samne chekhein na marana na koi kuch nahi puche ga" Haider teased, earning a glare from Hamza.

"acha chalo utho fresh ho kar sehri ke liye aa jao" Haseeb suggested, returning from disposing of the needle in the bathroom.-
