After talking to the doctor they went towards the car and drove home. The drive was awfully silent. Ibrahim went straight towards the guest room and Hazel to their room.
Ibrahim did his ablution and started praying. He raised his hands for dua "Ya Allah please forgive me. I really don't know what to do. You have put me in that position where I don't know whether to be happy because I'm going to be a father, or be sad because my love will suffer. Please show me the path. Please help me, tell me what to do because i really don't know what I should do. Please keep my Tulip safe that is everything i want. I don't want to lose her. Losing her means losing myself. Please help me, i beg you"
He lay on the bed and tried to sleep but couldn't get any. After tossing in bed for hours he looked at time, 01:42 a.m . He got up and went towards their room to see her sleeping while hugging his shirt. He smiled while a tear escaped his eye. He went towards her and sat on the ground he put his hand on her stomach and talked to his unborn baby "I'm sorry bean, Appa loves you very much but he loves your Mamma a little more. Please don't hurt your Mamma, she is my life, my everything, your Appa can't live without your Mamma. You can hurt me after you are born but please keep it to yourself till then" he kissed her stomach and went back to the guest room.
Hezel opened her eyes and caressed her stomach with teary eyes "see i told you Appa loves you, he is just a little angry with mamma, but everything will get fine" she said and closed her eyes.
Hazel woke up and went towards the kitchen after freshening up. She saw Ibrahim cooking and a smile spread on her lips. She went towards the fridge and got a water bottle "don't drink cold water, you will fall sick" he took the bottle from her hand and gave her warm water. "Eat this" he said giving her some pancakes, and eggs. When she looked at the plate her stomach twisted and she put her hand on mouth and ran towards the washroom. "What happened, are you okay, you are scaring me" Ibrahim said rubbing her back while she threw up. "It happens. No need to worry. I think it's because of eggs" she said breathing heavily "Come let me take you to the doctor" he said and got up "It happens there is no need to visit a doctor. Women often get nauseated with some things in this period and i think I'm because of eggs. So there is no need to get worried" she explained to him and he nodded and went towards the kitchen.
He came back after sometime "where did you go" she asked "I kept all the eggs in the store room" "come let me make something else" he held her hand but she didn't move, he looked at her confused She made him sit beside her "if you worry so much about me then why this distance, don't you love me" she asked with tears her mood swings on peak He panicked seeing her tears " i love you Tulip. And i will love only you till my last breath. I'm just worried about you. We could have a child after some more months, if anything happens to you i will never forgive myself" he said with pain.
"Nothing is going to happen. I'm going to be fine. If anything happens to me i will become a ghost and be with you" he shook his head "if something happens to you i will cry till the time Allah takes me to the place where you are. And you promised me that nothing is going to happen so you better keep your promise or i will never talk to you" he said "I will, now please talk to me" she said and he nodded and kissed her
"Come let's have breakfast" he said and they went to eat. Ibrahim left for office and dropped Hazel to the hospital. As Hazel entered her cabin she saw Aina and Zainab waiting for her. "Why didn't you pick my phone" Aina said being angry "When did you call me " Hazel asked "What do you mean, where is your phone. I called you for ten times. We were so worried. Then we called Ibrahim but he too didn't answer. Is everything okay" Aina said "Don't worry it's just that" Hazel said "What, don't say me you fought again" Zainab said "No, it's that we are going to become parents" she said looking down while two girls looked at her shocked not believing what they heard. They smiled and hugged her. " I'm so so happy for you" Zainab said "oh my God i can't believe, I'm so excited" Aina chipped
Time passed and finally Hazel became bubbly like before. Four months passed and in this time Ibrahim read every book possible for taking care of his wife and baby. These months were really hard as Hazel's mood swings were of no joke. Yet he accepted everything with a smile for her. As long as she is happy he was willing to do anything.
They were curdling when Hazel said "I'm sorry, you get so tired because of me yet i tell you to get this and that" "Don't worry about me Tulip. I'm fine as long as you and our baby is fine. You are also doing a great job by carrying our baby. I'm so proud of you. Just be happy and I'm willing to do anything for you" he said and kissed her "Why are you crying love, is it paining, should I call doctor" he said panicking seeing tears in her eyes "I hate my mood swings, they make me cry" she pouted and he pecked her pouted lips. "Sleep now, we have to visit doctor tomorrow" he said and wrapped his arms around her.
