creating constellations

storm

rain

it's raining
which doesn't bother me
but the sound of the drops hitting my window makes me feel nostalgic of things that never happened
situations i've created in my head to make me happy
people i've never loved because they don't exist
places i've never been to
and so much more
it's hard to explain
but i guess it makes sense in my brain 
as sad as it is
i savor those stormy moments
and maybe one day i won't have to wait for the drops to hit my window to escape
but for now i might as well just close my eyes and wait.
