Chapter 22 [She's Mine..]

===At The Diner===

"Dani..?" Alex said in a very questioning tone "y-you're getting married...?" she asked astonished Dani had the same surprised expresion on her face Santana held Dani tighter and closer to her Dani slightly smiled looking away from Alex to Santana she smiled softly at Santana before turning to face Alex

"yeah i am" Dani said proudly causing Santana to smile 

"wait you two know each other ?" Kurt asked curious 

"yeah...me and Alex actually go way back.." she paused for a while she looked at Alex then back at Kurt "we..umm Dated for a while..but it's over now" she said looking at Alex as she smiled Alex gave her a fake smile as she nodded 

"..awkward.." Rachel whispered to herself but everyone managed to hear her and they all turned their heads to face her ..her eyes shot wide open as she looked at everyone " What ? it's true..this is gonna be awkward" Rachel said shrugging her shoulders Alex looked at Dani and Santana

"i could call in someone else if you two aren't oka-" she was cut off by Santana 

"yes great that would be perfect!" Santana said a little to loudly and anyone in the world could hear the slight hint of jealousy in her voice 

"San.." Dani said as she looked at Santana "it's okay" she smiled "we haven't done or planned anything yet and calling someone else would take a long time for them to get here and i really wanna get started with the planning for the wedding  i can't wait to marry you" Dani said jumping and squealing in Santana's arm causing Santana to smile widely Dani was right they haven't started anything yet and the longer they wait to get started the longer it'll be till they get married if putting up with Dani's ex to get their wedding come closer is what it takes then she'll do it she smiled at Dani 

"okay fine you have a point there i don't want to wait so long before i get to call you my wife" Santana said smiling as she pecked Dani's lips Alex rolled her eyes she felt pissed Dani wasn't suppose to fall for anyone this much that fast ..Santana looked at Alex as she pulled of a fake soft smile "When can we start ?" Santana asked Alex returned the fake smile 

"Any time you want" she said 

"Great we can start tomorrow" Dani said smiling Alex pulled of another fake smile as it turned into a bitter smile once Dani pecked Santana Nate and Miley noticed it Nate's hand turned into a fist he was ready to punch Alex ..he never got to get back at her to what she did to Dani just when he was about to Miley garbed his hand and whispered to him 

"it's not worth it babe..look" she said pointing at Dani and Santana who had their foreheads laid on each other as their smiles plastered on their faces Miley smiled before she whispered to Nate "she's happy now with Santana ...and Alex get's to watch how Dani is happy without her..i think that's enough punishment for what she did.." Miley smirked when she saw Nate chuckle 

"you're right she's happy now and that's all that matters" Nate smiled at Miley before pecking her Kurt and Rachel just watched with smiles on their faces as the two couples in front of them fell into their own worlds looking into each others eyes and gazing at one another..Alex on the other hand was pissed but she let it go..for now..

---(The Next Morning)---

===At Dani and Santana's Place===

It was early in the morning ..Dani woke up to the sound of Santana's soft singing voice from the shower she smiled to herself she loved knowing that she'll be able to hear this every morning till forever she couldn't wait to get married to Santana she couldn't wait to call her her wife..Dani smiled at the thought of herself calling Santana her wife she got out of bed and went to the kitchen she decided to cook her and Santana breakfast just as she was about to crack an egg Santana walked out of the shower with a smile on her face she smirked to herself once she saw Dani about to cook she walked towards her quietly and once she was close enough she wrapped her arms around Dani's waist causing Dani to jump and drop the egg on a plate
