Rune Volturi narrowed her seemingly glowing blue eyes on the vampire before her.
The man, Charles Francis had been accused for showing himself to a human. A crime Rune knew would be punished by death, and it seemed the vampire knew this to because he thrashed violently.
In a desperate attempt to free himself the vampire rushed forward, grabbing Alec by the neck and holding him there. A fury so red raced through Rune at the thought of someone hurting her child. In a second the dark haired queen had sucked his souk from his body, making him collapse.
She then moved over to stand over his body, wrapping her pale hands around his head and, with one flawless motion pulling it clean of.
"No one hurts my family." Rune murmured as she threw the head into the fire her brother had started and walked away.
