I woke up in my bed, my bones felt like they had been hit several times. That fight must have been epic, I don't remember anyone from our pack or our allies being killed so that's ok. I was oblivious to the fact that Kioni had been sitting beside me with her knees to her chest and she looked like she had seen a ghost.

'Baby what's wrong?' I said bringing her on to my lap.

As I touched her, her skin felt ice cold. She looked dead.

'N-n-nothing. Its in the past now.' She said, she didn't even look me in the eyes, she just kept her eyes at the wall.

'What was it?' I questioned, I was getting scared now.

'This rogue....' She said; okay..she said rogue, I want to find him and kill him. Maybe ripping his lungs out of his chest in the process.

'What did he do?!' I started to panic; did he harm her? Touch her against her will? If he did...then we have a problem.

'I was thrown into the lake, and he saved me, I wouldve frozen to death in that lake, but he saved me; and the thing is he looks exactly like the man who shot me.' She said, she dugged her head into the crook of my neck. I'm kind of confused here.

'It couldn't have been the same man, why would he shoot you, threaten us for a battle and save you? It doesn't make sense.' I said, but to think about it there is only one logical explaination for this. He's a twin. He's probably the good saint, and his brother will be the devil.

'So he's most likely to be a twin?' She said, she raised an eyebrow; looking at me like I was mad.

'Yes, so just forget him and his brother and the Dawn Moon Pack.' I said, I just wanted this war to be over. A good leader doesn't stir war between its neighbours. Today was going to be a long day. I couldn't help but think back to the things I had witnessed myself on that day.

As I was handling 3 rogues alone when I spotted inky black eyes that glistened in the dark. Whoever it was they were freaking me out.

The dank smell of stagnant decomposing leaves filled the air, its putrid smell masked our scents, while we snuck up on 2 rogues trying to harm innocent members of our pack.

We had reached a clearing and suddenly the forest came to life, insects and all sorts were chittering away in the trees, they prefered to be hidden.

The path slowly disapperead as we decscended into the woods, I had a feeling that we were going somewhere that we shouldn't be.

Icy wind began to tear away the autumn leaves. Okay, that feeling I had was right. We were surrounded by 12 wolves. And there were only 6 of us. Cain had told me we had help from someone. He didn't bother telling me who.

When the wolves began to snarl at us, a chorus of creatures were started making noise in harmony. Nature was definitley on our side.

The night air became heavy blinding the other wolves, we took the chance to start running.

We stumbled through razor sharp thorns, it left scars on our faces, which healed 10 minutes later. There were so many animals and insects, biting the rogues. One thing that stopped me in my tracks were these 2 chipmunks pulled back a branch, waited for a rogue to come, they released it and the branch hit the rogue in his valuables. I could've sworn they were laughing.

The smell of an open fire enticed us, promising us warmth, that's when I knew we were home.

I finally snapped out of my flash back and noticed that I wasn't listening for 45 minutes. Kioni had had a shower and was in a vest top and short shorts. Damn. The lord was good. She looked hot. Her hair was combed into a high pony tail and she looked gorgeous. I started smiling like a dick and she caught me.
