Chapter Nineteen

Hey Guys! I don't think I'll be updating next week because of my exams! So I'm making this chapter extra long! There are going to be a lot of POV changes in this chapter, once you read it you'll understand why! But I'm not promising that it'll be amazing :( - but still I hope you like it :D!

. Mason's POV;

It was cold. There must have been a draught in the room.

It was dark. My mate had made me wear a black blindfold. 

And sure as hell it was boring. I had been sitting in the same spot for 30 minutes. Kailani had me waiting in this store for years! She was only buying a new dress. It was just one damn dress! She had been behind that curtain for ages!

'You can take the blindfold off now!' Her voice rode the air and stopped in my ears. Suddenly a surge of eagerness had awakened the muscles in my fingers.

Slowly pulling off the blindfold; she stood there. I was mesmerized. If I wasn't careful I would start drooling. She looked so tasty. So yummy. So beautiful. I was describing her like food! I'm hungry! But back to the dress! 

All I could say was;

'Woah..' She was wearing a tight green strapless dress. It hugged her in the right places and complimented her curves. It was perfect. I couldn't help but lick my lips. It looked kind of perverted but I had to.

'So..what do you think?' She said, it looked like she was depending on my opinion.

'It is perfect! You look hot!' I said, springing from my chair and grabbing her by her waist.

'You are so beautiful Kai.' I said, trailing kisses from the top of her head all the way down to her neck and back. 

'Okay, we can do this at home baby; you go to the car and I'll pay for this.' She stated, reluctantly I left her in the store and made my way to the car. I had a bad feeling of leaving her but she's feisty and she can take care of my self. I couldn't help but say to her through the mind link;

'I love you.'

. Kailani's POV; 

He looked mesmerized when I stepped out from behind the curtain of the fitting room. I loved getting that reaction out of him; it brought me happiness and sometimes control. 

He muttered only one word;

'Woah...' I couldn't help but blush. But I was just inspecting my flaws. 

I've always thought my lips were too big and my hips wre too wide. I was so self conscious. For years; I had tried to be the one with the tough exterior, but inside I was just a little girl...always thinking she was ugly.

Breaking my own train of thoughts I said;

'What do you think?' If my face didn't explain it my voice would. I really liked this dress and I wanted him to approve. His opinion is the only one that matters. 

I hope he likes it.

'It is perfect! You look hot!' He said, while he sprung from his chair and grabbing me by the waist. His touch felt so warm and relaxing. The feel of his hair was unexplainable.
