I said I would be quiet for this week, and that will be true, but I can't stay quiet after this.
Who the fuck thinks it's okay to kill people?? To kill children of this beautiful earth who is doing her best to take care of us? I just can't understand.
I thought our world was getting better. I know that some shit is going down in Venezuela, and I know that ISIS is still going on and hate crimes are happening, but I thought the violence was going down. But this?? This was their fucking safe place, where you can listen to your favorite artist and let your guards down. Whoever did this ruined that.
I went to a concert on Friday, and now I'm just thinking back to that. I'm thinking about how instead of those wonderful souls in Manchester, it would be me. I'd rather it be me; they didn't deserve this. No one does.
To anyone from or near Manchester: stay strong. Don't let the violence shroud peace. Keep your heads up and stay defiant. Don't let the last color you see be red. Don't succumb to the pain and fear. Don't. Let. Them. Win.
