Thomas had been out with a few friends, he was constantly on his phone as he was texting Y/N who was coming to pick him up as the two of them were going to go to the cinema.
Y/N was driving as she had placed her phone on loud speaker as she was driving. Talking to Thomas on the phone. Her eyes were glued to the road.
"Yeah, Im just pulling up around the corner. I should be there in a few min-" Y/N was cut off by the sounds of colliding metal and groans of pain.
Someone had pulled out and hit the side of her car.
The line went dead.
Thomas looked to his phone shocked before he looked around him, hearing the sounds of panic as he pocketed his phone and began to run towards the crash scene. His heart beating faster than ever before, his girl... was a few meters from him... he had to reach her in time.
They had only been dating a few weeks... Thomas was going to tell her tonight.
He loved her.
