UNEXPECTED

Chapter six- Engaged

(Engagement ring on the side)

"Baby are you there?"

Kyle had been silent on the phone for the last 5 minutes and I didn't know if it was because I had told him he was about to become a dad or he wasn't ready. Kyle was only 23, but we had talked about this he knew i wanted a baby and he does to, I mean he wouldn't stop wearing a condom if he didn't.

"I'm going to be a dad?" he asked me shakily.

"Yes you're going to be dad, were going to have our own little family Kyle"

"Baby, I'm so shocked. But a happy shocked. You've wanted a baby for a while now and I have too in fact. I'm going to come home because I've got to tell you something and I'm not sure how you will react"

"You haven't cheated on me have you?!"

"Obviously not Ava. You know I love you and only you so there is no need to cheat on you with another girl"

"Okay, I'll see you soon yeah? And Kyle I love you"

"I love you too Ava"

I knew it took 45 minutes for Kyle to get home so I decided to quickly put some dinner together. I put on the pasta bake that his mom had brought over this morning because that only took 20 minutes to cook. 45 minutes later Kyle walked through the door.

"Hi Kyle"

"Hello baby, you've made dinner?"

"Yeah come on, let's sit down"

"I have to tell you something Ava and before you start going crazy or running away hear me out okay. It's a little different now a baby is being brought in to it and I know for a fact it will be my kind considering I'm the alpha"

"Kyle what is this talk? The same as you? Alpha? What are you going on about?"

"Remember don't freak out"

"You're scaring me now"

"Ava there's no way to tell you this and I should have told you as soon as we started getting serious but I just didn't know how to"

"Tell me what?"

"I'm a werewolf Ava"

"A WHAT?!"

"A werewolf, you know big, black wolf"

"I know what a fucking wolf is Kyle! I don't believe you"

"I am, I'm the Alpha of this place we live in. There's other werewolves all around town and I am basically the boss of them"

I couldn't speak, I couldn't believe it what the hell was going on. Kyle a wolf? No way I can't believe it.

Kyle must have been reading my mind or something about me not believing him because next thing I know he's stripping.

"Hold up Kyle if you think we are having sex after you've just told me you're a wolf you have another thing coming, in fact I think I'd rather not have sex with you ever again"

I must not have been looking at Kyle because in his place was a big and I mean big black wolf staring at me. I of course reacted how I'm sure everyone would, I fainted.

A few hours later I came back around to find myself in our bedroom with Kyle pacing the floor. He must have heard me sit up because he came rushing over and hugging me and kissing all over my face.

"Baby I'm so glad you woke up! I've called the doctor anyways and she should be here soon, we have to check now you're having a baby"

"Kyle just stop"
