Chapter thirteen- Meeting the Dark Moon Pack

It was now the end of the month and I had just got back from dropping Hunter off at Kyle's, he looked ten times worse than he did last time, I quickly popped in to see Brice and Hanna and then had told me how Kyle wouldn't go out, Brice had taken over the pack because Kyle's wolf had disappeared but I didn't understand that so I just left it, they tried to explain that it had gone because I left him and was with somebody else. I didn't stay for much longer after that because tonight I was getting introduced to the Dark moon pack. I was excited but scared at the same time. River had been ringing me non stop since I left, I understood he was possessive but this was taking it a bit to far. I pulled up outside the pack house and rivers mom Sue was standing waiting for me, from what river had told me she hated people like me that had kids with somebody else but had a mate out there it happened with rivers dad so that's why they aren't together anymore, but me and sue for along so well, she loved Hunter loads as well and I couldn't be happier.

"Hi sue"

"Ava, come come we have to go get you ready for tonight. And do mind the mess River went on a bit of a mad one because you wasn't answering your phone"

"Oh gosh, what did he do?!"

"He's just teared up the house a bit, he's gone for a run now but I should mind link him to tell him you are back"

"Okay thank you, could you tell him I would like a world please"

"Sure lovely"

10 minutes later River walked into the room. I had told sue it was best for her if she left the room while me and River had a chat but I would call her back when I was done and I had also made sure nobody cleaned up the mess because river would be doing that all by himself.

"River, I'm am so mad at you right now"

"Yeah? well that madness goes both ways. No wait I'm fucking furious"

"What have you got to be angry for?"

"Well for starters you don't answer your phone when I call you"

"I was driving"

"I bet you was"

"What is that suppose to mean"

"Exactly what it's implying"

"Fuck off"

"See Ava, I don't think I will do that. My room and my house"

"Oh really? maybe I'll leave then and go back to Kyle"

"What?" river said angrily.

Okay now I was a bit scared.

"You heard me River"

"You won't do no fucking thing"

"Well then grow up and start acting more mature"

"Excuse me?"

"Yep, and the way you can start is by going downstairs and clean the mess up you've made"

"I got some of the pack to do that earlier"

"Well i told them not too and to leave it for you"

"Ava.."

"Get moving river, the ceremony starts in 2 hours"

River walked out the room cussing, I went and got Sue so she could help me get ready but we spent most of it laughing. Sue couldn't believe I had actually got River to tidy up something.

An hour and 45 minutes later I was ready I was wearing a long white dress, my hair down in big long waves and a pair of gladiator sandals, we heard a knock on the door and Sue told me it was river, I walked and opened the door.

"Wow Ava you look beautiful"

"Thanks river. You look really handsome yourself"

We walked hand in hand down stairs and to the back garden where the ceremony was taking place. Everybody was seated and me and river walked onto the stage.

River walked up to the microphone and started speaking.

"Dark moon pack, I have finally found my mate. And it is great pleasure to introduce Ava Davies"

He actually called me Ava Davies what the hell. Surely he should have called me Ava Michaels!

"I want everyone to treat her with respect, and if i find out you haven't everybody knows what will happen. Now the Luna of the pack everyone.
Ava Michaels"

What is he doing? I'm pretty sure everyone is thinking the same thing they probably don't even know weather my last name is Davies or Michaels. I stepped forward the the microphone.

"Hi everybody I'm Ava Davies, I am so happy to be your new Luna and I hope we all get along I'm excited to meet everybody"

The crowd started cheering and clapping and River pulled me back.

"Why did you call yourself Ava Davies?"

"That is my name until I'm divorced River and I will use it until then. This conversation is over"

"It's far from fucking over we will continue it later"

And that is how I met the Dark moon pack and became the new Luna.
