UNEXPECTED

Chapter nine- Secret meetings.

(Hunter when he was a new born on the side)

It had been 2 months since River been to the house and he still hadn't left the area so I know now he was telling the truth when he said he wouldn't leave without me, I wouldn't do that to Kyle though, I love him, he's my husband, my best friend, my lover. Well ever since the kiss with River it hasn't felt the same kissing Kyle. I still feel the sparks with Kyle though just not as much as I use to. I also felt so guilty I felt like I was cheating on him, because my mind was focused on another man, a friend of his and I had been secretly meeting River behind Kyle's back for the last month and 2 weeks!
We just stayed in his house he was renting, we didn't do anything but I hadn't told Kyle and I didn't like that i was keeping this big lie from him. I only had 2 choices and I didn't even know what to pick. Leave Kyle to be with River or reject River and stay with Kyle.

I was meeting River in 20 minutes and lately he kept telling me I have to make a choice because we have to go back to his pack, he can't stay away much longer, he's left his beta in charge but he's the alpha and he shouldn't be spending this much time away it would give him a bad name. He didn't get it wasn't such an easy choice to leave the man you've been with for 6 years of your life, the man all you're first we're taken with and also the father of your child. It would affect Hunter if I leave his dad and move an hour and 45 minutes away.
I must have been thinking alot because I was now outside Rivers house, he was already at the door and waiting for me like every week we met nothing had changed. I walked to the front door step and river kissed me on the Lips just a peck nothing more.

"Come in Ava"

I walked into the lounge and sat on a chair.

"Ava we need to talk today"

"Okay what is it?"

"I've got to return in the next 2 days, I've been made to come back by the council and I've told you this but I refuse to leave you here"

"Okay.."

"Is that all you can say? You've got to tell Kyle about us Ava, today!"

Now I was panicking. Oh shit!

"What? why have you got to go back. You told me one more week"

"Ava I've been gone for the last 2 months I have to return. And I'm taking you and Hunter back with me"

"It's not that easy to just up and leave your husband River or even tell him you're taking his child away!"

"I know Ava!"

"No I don't think you do because your not the one married and you are not Kyle meaning you aren't having your wife and child taken away by someone he saw as a friend"

"I didn't want it to be this way, I didn't know the moon goddess would pair me with another alpha's wife. But I will tell you this one more time and one time only. I'm taking you with me"

I got up off the sofa and walked towards the door, I heard river coming up behind me.

"Ava did you hear anything I said? Where the hell are you going?"

"Where else river?"

"I wouldn't have asked you if I knew"

"I'm going to break the news to my husband I'm leaving him for another man"

Rivers face dropped when I said that, but it was the truth, I was leaving Kyle to be with somebody else and I just hope Kyle doesn't get to mad, he is extremely possessive of me and Hunter.
