When Jongin woke up, he immediately had to fight the urge to grab his phone and check social media - he decided that the last thing he needed at this point was to see what all that was being said on there. His hand had already reached for his phone before he stopped himself, letting his hand drop back down onto his bed.

Taemin was still sound asleep beside him so he slid out of the bed, grabbing his phone before he walked out of the bedroom. He moved through the house, sitting down in the living room and pulling his phone out of his pocket - staring at the black screen.

He must have been sitting there for a few minutes before he jumped at the sound of a new voice.

"Haven't looked yet have you?" Taemin asked, leaning against the wall.

"No, have you?"

Taemin shook his head, "No."

"Should we?"

"Probably not."

Jongin nodded, "Yeah you're probably right. But I kind of want to look. I want to know what's being said about us you know?"

Taemin yawned, nodding. "Yeah I know. I'm just worried that we shouldn't be focused on whatevers being said online, obviously we should only be focusing on us and what the people around us think."

"Yeah, but shouldn't we also care about what's being said about us online?"

"We should." Taemin said, "But I know you, and I know you'd let it get to you way too much. So we shouldn't."

"I love you and we agreed that we wouldn't care too much about what's said online, so it shouldn't hurt that much to look."

Taemin rolled his eyes, "Look if you want to."

Jongin turned on his phone, quickly pulling up his social media and scrolling down.

Taemin and Kai : revealed to be in a relationship

Two male idols dating each other? What's next?

Anyone else proud to see them taking this big step?

Anyone who paid attention could have seen that something was going on between them. Genuinely not all that surprised.

They don't deserve to be in their groups anymore. Disgrace to all of kpop.

Jongin turned his phone back off, "It's not the worst. Few people want us out of the groups, some people are proud of us. Others seem indifferent... so..."

"So not that bad."

"Not that bad." Jongin agreed, nodding.

"You still look worried."

"I still really am." Jongin said, laughing quietly. "I just don't want anything to happen to us - career wise or relationship wise."

"Nothing is going to happen, Jongin. Nothing bad at least." Taemin said, walking over and sitting down. "If anything all we're doing is helping people learn to accept either themselves or others for who they truly are. Which isn't a bad thing at all."

"Yeah but we've also made ourselves very easy targets for discrimination in our own career line."

"True. But we've also proved that you don't have to fit into the perfect little box in order to be an idol."

They had been instructed to try staying inside for as much as they could for a while after the announcement had been made - give everyone time to settle down and maybe even let people either forget about it or get used to it.
