SUMMARY: "I heard he was like the prince!" The little girl crawled closer to me sitting closer to me to hear what I was going to say.
I laughed. "He was no prince."
She tilted her head to the side and fiddled with the bottom of her dress. She didn't need to say anything for me to know she didn't understand.
"He was more like the villan." I took a deep, dramatic breath and acted like she needed to hear every word that I spoke next. Getting the reaction I wanted as the little girl looked up and her head leaned a little closer into me "He just didn't know it."
