Halfway through the night, I awoke. My eyes starring at the ceiling before me. My eyes feeling heavy from the crying I had done just a few hours before. George fast asleep next to me like old times. Every time he breathed in snoring louder than before. My head turning to the side as I watched his eyelids flutter. Bringing my hand up to his face and brushing away the hair stuck to his forehead as I felt my breathing becoming heavy.

I rolled out of my bed ever so gently. Doing my best not to wake him. Placing my feet on the cold hardwood floor quietly as I tried not to step in all the wrong places. Timing his snoring so as I opened the door he would not be woken by the creaking of the old doors. Slipping out as I headed down towards my father's office.

As I reached the door it was fully closed. Something he rarely did. Bringing my fingers up to the sign of his door. Tracing over the craving on his name. He had put there himself when we moved back in. Telling me all sorts of stories about him and his brother when he lived in this place. I placed my hand on the door handle and pushed it open. Letting the cold air hit my sink as I walked further in. Everything was still the way my father had left it. I walked around his desk where ontop there were a few pieces of parchment.

Daisy,

I have been called the Ministry to help Harry. I hope I make it out alive but if by chance I don't.

I love you.

I will always watch over you and keep you safe. If I can't make it for the trip for the two of us I want you to go yourself and experience the world. Please do not hide in the shadows and watch life pass you by. If you are lacking the courage and determination to go, do it for me. Think of your old pops along the way. As well as your mother.

Be you and be wild.

I love you will my heart my child, my flower.

Thank you for the best years of my life.

I mean it.

-Dad

I felt the tears spill again as I dragged my fingers over where he wrote 'I love you'

He was right. I set his letter down and took in a sharp breath and I hid my loud gasps with my hands. I knew what I had to do. It was going to break everyone but I needed to do this for us and for him.

I grabbed the papers under the note he had left and climbed back up to my room. Still covering my muffled tears as I slipped back into my room. Seeing George still fast asleep. Keeping the door open as I looked for any bag on the floor that I could use. Quickly finding a small green bag and rushing to pick it up off the floor.

Under my breath murmuring the Undetectable Extension Charm. Setting the bag down on the counter as I tip-toed around my roo picking all sorts of articles of clothing and shoving them down in the bag. Moving on to my bathroom as I shoved in all I could possibly think of needing and then grabbing a few spare books. Anything I thought I would need and could need.

I didn't know how long I would be gone or where I was going or when I would be back. But all I knew is that I needed to get away until I found myself sinking deeper into the deep black ocean.

As I had everything in my bag ready to go, I walked towards the door. Quickly looking back a George and laid there so calmly.

"I'm sorry," I whispered very softly even though he would not be able to hear me. Slowly back out of my room as I closed the door in front of me. Leaving George alone as I headed down to the kitchen.

Luckily everyone was still sound asleep in the house as I made my way down the stairs. Knowing where to step and where not to step as I did not want to draw attention to myself. When I entered the kitchen I pulled out my wand casting the lighting charm as I sat my bag on the table. Digging around for a piece of parchment and my quill. Taking a seat as I wrote out my letters to those who deserve an explanation.
