"Are you okay?" I asked him while trying to clean his wounds and scratches.

"I'm fine." He held my hand and smiled so I smiled back. I rested my head on his shoulder reminiscing what happened earlier.

"Bakit ganoon nalang ang galit n'ya? Bakit parang masyadong big deal sa kanya 'yon?" I asked out of the blue. I never knew Asher could be that aggressive when it comes to Mia.

"He likes her." Clint simply answered as if it wasn't a big deal. "I knew that, since Mia became one of us. Tho Mia never knew about his feelings because he kept it as a secret for years."

"That explains why." I said, tatayo na sana ako mula sa pagkakaupo nang may maalala ako. "Wait, lemme ask you something." I held his chin and made him look at my eyes. "How'd you know about him being my brother?" I just remembered he said earlier that I shouldn't punch my brother for him.

"See? Nothing to worry about, babe." He kissed my cheek so I just rolled my eyes. I want him to stay here too, I must admit.

"Do you think he already told our classmates?" I asked Clint while leaning on the headboard of the bed, he was already laying beside me.

"No, I don't think so." He said. "Asher isn't like that, he may be mad but he will never spill our little secret just for his own good." Napabuntong-hininga nalang ako saka humiga na ng maayos sa kama.
