I'm a week past my due date and at this point I'm just tired. I am so ready to get this child out of me, I just hope today is the day B decide to come out.

Right now, Melo and I are sitting on the couch after putting Ben to sleep

"B, when you finna come out? Everybody ready but you" Melo said

"GET OUT OF ME" I yelled while poking at my stomach

"Don't yell at my baby like dat" Melo plucked me in the forehead and looked back down at my stomach

"B, you take all the time you need. We gon be here when your ready" he said to my stomach

"No, get the fuck out B. You giving me stretch marks and a bad back"

"Don't listen to her" Melo whispered

"Boi, move" I got up from the couch and tried to go to the bathroom before I felt liquid gushing out of me

"You just piss yoself" Melo asked as he got up and walked over to me

"My water broke" I said as I looked down at the pool under me. Melo ran upstairs and grabbed a change of clothes, the hospital bag, and sleepy lil Ben.

When we got in the car I called Tori and Rory

"It's late" Tori said

"My water just broke. Rory, can we drop Ben off at your place" I asked

"I can get him from the hospital" she said

"Your house is on the way" I said

"Aight, that's fine" she said

"Does Ben know what's going on" Tori asked. I looked in the back and saw Ben falling asleep

"He's a-" I said as I felt a contraction. I took a deep breathe before continuing

"He's asleep" I said

"Tori, are you coming to the hospital" I asked

"Yea, I'm getting my shit together so I can get in the car" she said

"Aight, Imma see yall. Oh, can you tell everyone else my water broke, Tori" I asked

"Yea" she said

"Thanks, bye" I said before hanging up

We been in the hospital for a while now, I've had a lot of contractions and Melo just keeps talking about stupid shit, which is starting to get on my nerves

"How many more kids you want? I-" he said before I interrupted

"Can you shut the fuck up? Damn. Just lemme push this one out before you start talking bout how many more you want" I said

"Okay... Do you want me to get you some food" he asked.

"Shhhh. Please just don't talk" I said. I stood up and hugged Melo as I felt a contraction

"You okay" he asked

"Stop talking" I said. Melo kissed the top of my head and rubbed my back gently. I heard a knock at the door before a nurse walked in

"Hi, I'm sorry to interrupt. I just need to check how dilated you are" she said. I went and sat on the bed and she looked before looking up at me with a smile

"You are 10 cm, momma. I'm gonna go get Dr. Montgomery and then we're gonna start pushing" the nurse said excitedly before walking out

"You ready" Melo asked as he kissed my hand
