I stood at the front of the subway with Derek what at the moment was on the phone trying to contact Scott, "Scott, can you call me back? I'm probably gonna need some help... He says before I jump hearing metal breaking. "Definitely gonna need some help." He says before hanging up the phone. I turn to walk into the subway car and he grabs my arm. "No you are not going in there it is not safe." He tells me and I glare daggers at him as he shoves me towards the stairs. I watch from the stairs as he walks in claws drawn. I flinch at the sounds of growling and chains snapping. "Isaac!" Derek's voice fills my ears along with the sound of shattered glass. I look up and Isaac is stalking towards me, "Is..." I say softly ignoring the sounds coming from the subway car as I stare at my twin brother. Isaac bares his teeth at me and I stand my ground as I keep my heartbeat steady. "Isaac I know you aren't going to hurt me. Isaac you are my brother and I love you that is the truth." I tell him. He stalks closer to me and a memory floods my head of a song that we agreed that if we were ever in trouble we would sing it to each other. I close my eyes,

I open my eyes slowly and I see Isaac staring at me with big puppy eyes. "Nyx," he says softly and I smile softly. "Isaac," I whisper hugging him tightly. He hugs me back before we hear Derek growl, we both turn back to the subway car. "Derek," I say before we both run back. Isaac tackles Boyd into the seat after Derek knocked out Erica. Isaac looks up at the alpha and nods his head gently as he holds Boyd down. Derek looks back at me before looking back at Isaac and nodding his head as well. After we lock up Erica and Boyd who were knocked out I sat next to Isaac as Derek locks him back up. "I think you'll be okay now. Looks like you found an anchor." Derek says to him and Isaac nods his head gently. "Mine and Nyx's father." He says causing me to look up at him confused. "Your father locked you in a freezer in the basement to punish you." Derek says causing me to look away. "He didn't used to..." Isaac told him and I stand up from my spot walking away from them tears clouding my vision. As I walk around to the other side of the car. I wipe the tears from my eyes as quickly as I could when I heard Derek. "Nyx?" He calls I turn around expecting him to turn the corner I was confused when I didn't see him. I walk around the front of the car and I freeze seeing Lydia blow something in his face causing Derek to collapse. 'What the hell???' I think to myself.
