Love's POV:

"Good morning." I walked in the kitchen, Charles was making breakfast. "It smells nice." I smiled leaning on the counter.

He just hummed in response and served some waffles in a plate. I pursed my lips. He grabbed the plate and put it in front of me.

"Thank you." I told him and he just raised his eyebrows. "Can I have some maple syrup please?" I asked and he sighed.

He opened a cabinet, grabbing the syrup and putting it in front of me. He turned around to continue making waffles.

"Charles come on, I'm sorry, okay? I was drunk." I told him and he didn't even look at me. "Don't give me the silent treatment, you know I hate that." I crossed my arms.

He turned around to look at me.

"What do you want me to say?" He asked and I shrugged.

"Anything. Be my normal brother." I replied.

"I thought you didn't like that." He spoke and I scoffed.

"Charles." I whined and he sighed.

"I'm gonna go run some errands. Do you want something?" He asked and I pursed my lips. "Okay." He whispered and turned off the stove to then walk towards the door.

He grabbed the keys and opened the door walking out and closing it behind him.

I looked down at my food. I loved waffle days but what I loved most about waffle days was eating them with Charles.

I grabbed my phone and opened my texts.
