I jumped awake, startled by the loud ring of my phone. Grabbing it without checking the caller ID I answered, putting the phone to my ear.
"Hello?"
"GUESS WHO'S BACK!"
It was Melo
Then I remembered, he'd been in Europe playing overseas for the JBA world tour. He was finally back in L.A.
"Oh, that's great Dip...why are you calling me at three in the damn morning?" I heard him gasp playfully on the other side of the phone.
"You didn't miss your bestie?"
I sighed, rolling my eyes.
"Yes I missed you. I also miss my sleep so if you'll excuse m-"
"WAIT! I was gonna a-"
"LAMELO QUIT YELLING ON MY DAMN PHONE." I shouted into the microphone.
"Yes ma'am. Anyways, you wanna spend the night tomorrow? You can come over at ten so we can spend the whole day together."
"Okay call me at 10 to wake me up. Bye Melo."
"Byee love you twin!"
"Love you too. Later."

I answered my phone. "Oh my gosh what!?"
"It's Melo, what you mean what? We hanging out today, the fuck!" He sassed me.
"Oh right my bad, i'm just tired. When are you picking me up?"
