''The fact that the Lothal garrison is so incompetent that they can't even handle a small rag-tag team of rebels is what distresses me, Roxanna.'' I answered her. ''The empire is getting complacent, especially in the Outer Rim territories that don't have significant Cobra supervision. Where is Imperial Intelligence and the ISB when you need them?'' I lamented. Good troops getting wasted all because of rebels and the imperial commander's incompetent stand.
''Either these Lothal rebels are very good or the imperial commanders are very incompetent.'' Roxanna said her opinion. ''These rebels are becoming quite the nuisance, my lord.''
''And we need Lothal's resources to build our own warships.'' I muttered. ''Hopefully, Captain Kassus can deal with them in the meantime.''
''Do you think Cobra should try influencing Lothal more, Sal?'' Prisca asked me. ''If you wish, I can send some of my SS agents there.''
