Moving around for Anxiety Attacks

Hey guys, so one great way to help calm your anxiety or keep it level is doing physical exercise, I mean you don't have to work out to do this, there's a number of different things you can do to be active,

You can go swimming, go on a walk/run/jog, Hike, go to the gym, dance, etc. Really anything to get you moving can help with your anxiety
