I couldn't tell you how thankful I was to not be paired with him anymore now that the show was done. We had started the production of Cinderella, I was excited for it. I didn't have the main lead, but I had a really great part and that was more than enough for me. Liam and I were paired, thankfully, and Harry was working on another production.

Everything was so smooth right now, I mean everything. I wanted Swan Lake, but that was months away. I was working so hard on my fouettes, on the pas de deux. I was trying to get that role; I was really focusing on it and working towards it.

Liam and I had been doing well. I really loved spending time with him and laughing, the kissing. He could take my mind off all the stress. At the same time, he totally knew what I was going through, the stress of dance, the wear and tear on the body. It was what I needed, a comforting presence in my life.

"Li," I giggled, shoving him.

He smiled at me, so bright, his pouty lips perfect. We were hanging out at my apartment, curled up on the couch as we watched some cheesy romantic comedy. He had started blowing raspberries on my ear.

"What?" He did it again. I shouted and he tackled me, tickling me and blowing on my skin like crazy.

"You win, you win!" I called, gasping. He laughed and fell on top of me. "God, I'm so tired,"

"Me too, today was such a long, long practice."

"I hear you."

"Louis wanted to meet up at the bar, but damn," he yawned.

"I can't even get in."

"Right, not twenty one," he pulled on my nose. I shoved his hand away with a smile. "It's all right, I'm too sleepy."

"How do you keep up with that guy?"

"Beats the hell out of me, he's a good guy." His phone went off. 'He really wants to meet up." It pinged again. 'He says he can get you in. Want to make an appearance?"

I yawned. "We don't have to stay late, do we?" he shook his head. "Then I don't mind, it might be nice to see him."

I changed from my comfy sweats and into black jeans and a simple red quarter sleeve top with a bit of a scoop neck, it had a little pocket on the breast too. I grabbed a jacket and Liam held my hand, walking me out of my place.

"Your mom needs to hook me up with one of these apartments." He laughed.

"Oh she totally could."

"My lease doesn't end for another year."

"Well, she has apartment complexes all over the city, she could totally help you find a cheaper place."

"I'll cash that in." he gave my hand a squeeze.

We headed out and grabbed a cab to McCarthy's, a local college bar. It was old and had a bright green sign, the building was all brick. Louis met us out front and said something to the bouncer, and I got in.

"I don't even need an x on my hand?" I asked.

"Nah," Louis smiled. "He owed me a favor. How you been?" he shouted and grabbed a pint, happy as hell in his jersey.

"Fine, fine, how is soccer?'

"Damn good, a little snot almost made me roll my ankle but I'm doing all right now."

"Yikes, that's no good."

"Beer," Liam spoke to the waitress. 'Please,"

"You?" she smiled at me.

"Oh water please."

"Come on Dot!"

"I don't drink."

"One drink, one cranberry vodka." Louis ordered and I glared. "Your face will freeze that way, I'm certain."

I rolled my eyes and the girl smiled, walking away. "Why the want to come out here?" Liam laughed, holding my hand over the table. God I loved affection. It was so gentle and sweet. I mean, it was all I had ever experienced, but so far, it was amazing.

"I was lonely, my group left," he took a long drink, I admired his scruffy facial hair. "Anyhow, I don't know, all you guys do is lie on the couch."

"We're home bodies." I protested. "Dancing takes a lot out of you."

"Oh blah blah."

We laughed as he kept ranting and talking. I sipped my drink once it was brought to me but I didn't want to get caught drinking under-aged. It was fun though, it was nice to sit and have a drink with Liam and Louis, hearing them bitch about some opposing sports team. I liked that we had a friend outside of the dancing world.

"Shit it's raining," Liam frowned, pushing away his empty glass. He had about two or three, I think he had a solid buzz. He was giggly, which was adorable.

"Piss, it's so hard to get a cab in the rain."

"So true,"

We stayed a bit longer, hoping the rain would pass but when we could tell it wasn't going to stop we decided to head home.

"Hey, get back safe?" Liam stared at Louis.

"Oh I'm fine dad,"

Liam flipped him off and took hold of my hand. "I'm running to the bathroom really fast." I spoke.

"Sure, I'll try to get us a cab," he pulled on the collar of his jacket and braced for the wet. I hurried to the rest room and then as I was walking out, Harry Styles was walking in.

"What's a toddler doing in a bar?' he glared.

"I'm not a toddler. You seem to be the one that has so much attitude, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be off making a girl scout cry?"

He rolled his eyes. "I wonder how the Company would feel if their star principle dancer was breaking the law."

I swallowed. "You wouldn't tattle on me."

"Maybe, I sure as hell have no reason not to."

"They wouldn't believe you anyway, I've made loyal friends there. You're such a punk."

"A punk?"

"Yes, you have so much attitude. It's exhausting to even remotely be around." My phone rang, it was Liam. "You are just rude."

"Please, and would you stop that annoying fucking song?" he barked. I answered my phone, seeing him roll his eyes.

"Dottie, I got a cab, we're out front."

"Oh awesome, I'll be right out." I hung up. "Just go get drunk, try not to fall in a hole, or do, I don't really care."

He smirked and rolled his eyes. "You just go where you belong, back to your perfect little life with your stupid ass boyfriend."

"Shut the hell up, God, and do not talk about Liam like that. He's a better man that you will ever be."

He laughed loudly and walked into the mens room. I huffed right out, wondering why that dick was even here. I ran out into the rain and joined Liam, tense.

"You okay?"

"Just peachy, sorry, rain brought me down."

"Me too," he slid his arm around me and said my address. He kissed my ear. "We're having a sleep over."

I giggled and laid my head on his chest. "How fun."
