Freya's POV (first person
Jace tightly hugged me, and kept whispering 'sorry'.
I pulled away from him, and couldn't meet his eyes. His intense gaze, read an emotion I could easily label. Unconditional love. What did I do to deserve this weirdo? :)
"Frey... listen", he said, he put his finger under my chin and lifted my head, so I had to look at him.
"Isabelle's just worried", Jace said.
I sighed.
"Aren't we all", I said.
Suddenly, a letter appeared in my hands like a flash of lightning. Ah... a fire message.
It read:
Dear Freya Morgenstern,
Upon inspecting the situation in New York, we have decided it will be in the Clave's best interest to protect the residents of the New York Institute. You will be required to stay in Alicante, the light woods, and Jace Wayland, are also required to join, it is crucial we find the mortal cup before Valentine. Do what you want with this information,
Regards, Inspector Herondale.
"What does those mean?", I asked.
"It means we have to got to Idris", Jace said.
"What's Idris?", I asked.
"You'll see", Jace said.
