Oikawa had a roommate with the name Hanamaki Takahiro. He had pink hair and a bored expression almost all the time. He was the one dating the dark-haired barista in the café.
"Hello, hello, hello," he said, as he sat down on his usual seat.
"You're in a good mood today," Iwaizumi replied, slightly chuckling at his enthusiasm.
"My roommate finally came back from his vacation, so I'm not as alone anymore and I don't have to clean the house all by myself."
"Oh, that's nice," he nodded.
"Do you know about the festival this week?" he asked.
"Mhm, I was just thinking about that."
"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to come with me," he asked, a little nervous since he didn't know if he's already going with someone. He hated rejection with a burning passion.
"Yes, of course. I was actually going to ask you, since I didn't want to go there alone and witness third-wheeling my friends," the other admitted.
He was surprised at how quickly he agreed, but who's complaining?
"O-oh, thank you for agreeing."
"No worries."
He hated how nervous the spiky-haired guy made him feel.
'What is this feeling? I just asked if he wanted to join me at the festival, what's so special? It's not like we're dating or anyth-' the thought of them not dating made him feel bitter.
Oh.
That's why he was feeling that way. What would he do now?
