Iris POV
When I got back to the pack house everyone was in a panic, I shifted back and stole some clothes from a near by clothes line. When I came back Abby ran up and hugged me. "Thank God your safe!" she screamed "Why? What's wrong?" "David escaped." she said. In one second all that power in freedom faded away and I fell to my knees. After all these years I was finally free of him and now he has escaped. Many people ran over and tried to calm me but I couldn't breathe. I started to hyperventilate and cry, I felt like I was that scared little girl locked in the cage in the back of that closet waiting to be beat all over again. "No..." is all I get out before I balled up my body and cried.
