(THIS IS A LGBT STORY, YOU ARE A GIRL WHO LIKES GIRLS) This story is about what it would be like if you were a character on Glee and at the end you have to choose between Quinn, RAchel and Santana.
I was entering the choir room when i saw everyone with worried faces and Santana and Brittany where crying and then i asked Mr Shue "What happened?!" Then Kurt stood up from his chair and he hugged me "Kurt i don't understand" He whispered "Im sorry Y/N, Quinn had a car accident" After i heard those words coming out from Kurt's mouth i was shocked and suddenly i felt tears falling down my face "Where is she?!" I asked breaking the hug "She is in the hospital, we just found out a minute ago" Finn added.
Quickly i left the choir room running to my car while hearing everyone screaming my name "Wait Y/N!" I didn't care, i just wanted to see Quinn.

I parked my car and I start running to the main entrance of the hospital, i opened the door "Hi, i'm here to see Quinn Fabray" I told a nurse who was behind a desk "Are you a family member?" She asked me "No, i'm her friend" I responded "Sorry, just family members can see her"
"You don't understand, i don't care, i need to see her!" I yelled at the nurse and she stood up "Calm down, you can't see her, just wait there" She responded ponting at some chairs "I don't want to calm down!" Yelling i started to walk down the hospital hallway "You can't go there!" The nurse screamed and suddenly i felt someone holding by body back, i turned around finding Sam holding me by the waist "Calm down Y/N Quinn is going to be okay" I found Sam gaze and i broke hugging him tight "I love her" I told Sam crying "I know.........I know"

He kept holding me and the rest of the glee club entered the hospital.
After a few minutes I saw Quinn's mom walking to us and quickly i ran to her "Judy, how is Quinn?" I asked her still crying, when she saw me she hugged me "She is stable, the doctors were able to save her"
"Can i see her?" I asked "Of course, just let me get you a pass" I stood behind Judy who was talking to the nurse who didn't let me in "Thank you so much" I hugged Judy and we went to Quinn's room.
"I'll be out with everyone else" Judy said closing the door behind her
I sat down next to Quinn who was laying down with a collar on her neck and a lot of wires connected to her "Hi, i know you can hear me" I said to her with a lower voice but still sobbing, I gently took Quinn's hand and laced my fingers through hers "Quinn, when i heard that you had an accident i knew right away that i care about you more than i thought, i love you with all my heart and i don't want to lose you. You need to wake up I need you" I was speaking when suddenly i felt her hand squeezing mine "Quinn?" I looked up and saw how she was opening her eyes "I love you too" Quinn said with a weak voice "Omg thank god you're okay" I cupped her cheek "What you said it's true?" She asked me "Every word" I leaned closer capturing her mouth in a kiss, and she kissed back.
Blaine, Mercedes Tina and I were in the hallway talking to Quinn "I'll be waking again, i promise"

Quinn said "We are so proud of you" I added and pecked her lips "Quinn you are so brave" Mercedes spoke out "Thank you Mercedes" She responded. "Baby, it's time for rehabilitation, lets go" I told Quinn grabbing her wheelchair and start walking to my car "Bye guys" we said
We got into my car and Quinn spoke out "I love you so much, i can't wait to walk again and be able to hug you and dance with you" I grabbed her hands and looked into her eyes "Babe I love the way you are, and when you walk again we are going to dance everyday until our wedding day"
