3rd person POV:

Yea sure, Adrian woke up.
But May wasn't.

That's what made Adrian break, when nothing else could. He had hoped all day she would wake up and maybe he okay.

Nope.

Christopher blamed himself. Saying he should have been with his sister, and that he shouldn't have left him. Of course all of them were extremely sad.

But none of them could compare to Christopher's or Adrian's. They both grieved.

They thought nothing ever good could come out of this.

Well.. may was alive. The doctors said it's a miracle and that she wasn't supposed to be.

Mays pov:

I wake up, I still don't feel fully alive but I am slightly alive.

I hear a voice from my room "May..!" My brother says as he engulfs me in a small hug.

"Hey.." I said in a croaky voice.

"Your probably wondering, Adrian's fine, so is harcourt."
I smiled at that news.

"But May.. Adrian ran away. He left because he thought you were dead.. I don't know where he went."
I frowned and tried to hold tears.

But when he hugged me I just couldn't anymore. He patted my back. "It's alright May. Let it all out." He said softly.

I don't even remember falling asleep while crying.

I did tho. When I was finally released obviously I looked for Adrian. I never found him.

I would find him eventually. I knew i would. All I had to do was look, but that was hard when there's so much places to go.

I cried myself to sleep knowing he's not next to me sleeping with me, or with my head on his shoulder, us bawling our eye out over a movie.

It's the littlest things he did that made me happy, and it's the littlest things he did that make Adrian well.. Adrian.

It hurts knowing we aren't together physically.

But it feels like sometimes he's still with me.

Adrian was reported missing, running away from police.

We were no longer together ..
