taehyung was sitting comfortably on couch, putting his both legs on jimin's lap, who didn't mind it at all, it was very ordinary for them---as jimin had draped a blanket over taehyung's leg to keep them warm
the brunette was giggling adorably on jimin's jokes as the two best friend's kept chatting and gossiping about their old days in high school
"--- and do you remember how embarrassing and funny it was when jaehyun fell over Mrs jung--- she was looking at him like she will murder him then and there" jimin laughed loud making taehyung shakes his head
"I still thinks you shouldn't had pushed him though"
"No way I'm letting him get away after he tripped you! he deserves it" jimin scoffed running his hand through his blonde silk hair
"Yeah my savior, I'm so glad to have you in my life---" taehyung dramatically utter but there was no hint of joking, in fact indeed he can't thanks god enough for sending jimin in his life---
because jimin is not just his best friend or a family, he was much more than that---he can only describe jimin with one word---
his soulmate.

"You should be!" jimin points out, giggling afterwards
taehyung chuckled softly but a sudden sound of door opening catch his attention forcing him to turn his head toward the door as a soft loving smile appears on his face when he saw his husband
jimin stopped laughing as he glace up at jeongguk who stood there looking at them---
"jeon---" jimin breaths out sighing sadly because he knows it's time for his leave
putting taehyung's leg carefully on couch he get up, standing straight "so it's time for my leave--" jimin utter catching taehyung's attention
"hey, you can stay for dinner" taehyung mumbled looking at jimin who shakes his head with a small smile
"some other time tae--" jimin said walking closer to taehyung before he bend down a bit as he ruffled taehyung's hair before placing a soft tender peck over the brunette's head crown mumbling out a 'take care' softly
taehyung sighed sadly but he nods "I'll---you too take care of yourself"
jimin smiled nodding his head as he turned around facing jeongguk again who stood their silently "take care of him jeongguk" jimin said out a bit sternly before he left the couple behind, leaving their house
taehyung averted his gaze away from the door as he look up at his husband with a smile who already was looking at him "you came early?--" he asked titling his head on side
jeongguk awkward cough out because he was kind of staring at the brunette without even realising
"Yeah---" he said padding towards the single couch sitting there comfortably as his tired body immediately lean backwards, sighing out softly
"I wanted to came early" jeongguk said avoiding making any eye contact with his husband
taehyung frowned his eyebrows confusion but he gasp in very next moment looking at jeongguk worryingly
"are you okay? are you perhaps feeling sick?" he asked and about to get up from the couch but jeongguk immediately put his hand over taehyung's leg stopping him there---
"I'm fine taehyung" jeongguk instantly assured the brunette who sigh out in relief "I just wanted to came home early for you---"
taehyung's heart subconsciously skipped a beat when he heard jeongguk---

"why?" taehyung quietly asked fiddling with his fingers as he kept his gaze low but a pink blush appears on his face when he saw jeongguk's hand holding his leg but he pout immediately when the ravenette pulled his hand back
"I wanted to make sure that you are fine---" jeongguk said out but the truth is he is just wanted to see him, meet him after the whole discussion with hoseok in office
taehyung's eyes lit up as he stare at jeongguk with fondness, smiling softly, he felt so happy even by the small gesture
"okay you can get freshen up I'll prepare our dinner" taehyung said as he get up ready to go to the kitchen when jeongguk called out his name causing him to halt
"let's go outside for dinner"
taehyung's stood there with mouth a bit ajar as tries to grasp what his husband just intends to say---
outside dinner with him?----
like a date?
taehyung immediately shrugged his thoughts away when he realised he might be over thinking, it must be like those business outing---there must be some guest who asked his husband to have dinner with them---just like before.
yes, that was it.
why would jeongguk even take him out though, he never did---
smiling sadly taehyung nods his head "okay" he mumbled out walking towards his bedroom
jeongguk frowned upon seeing taehyung's sad smile, did he said something wrong again? is he not happy to go out with him?
he kept staring at his husband's retreating figure with utter confusion---
what happened?
