Calliope was created out of raw Chaos energy that all the Lords of Chaos poured from themselves, to create something better. They wanted to create a weapon but also a envoy. With her creation, she was already matured and was taught by the Lords her meaning and purpose in her immortal life. She became known as Lady of Chaos, a being with phenomenal power.
There isn't much lore on her within the mortal world, but stories have been told throughout the ages. For the longest time she stayed within her own realm, finding that everything she needed was in there. A ruler of her own domain, servants at her beck and call. The realm of Chaos of her own design. But she craved human attention, to live among them, to cause chaos as it were. In the grand scheme of it all, she was her own master, a living being and she could do what the hell she wanted.
