Torrence stands beside Johnny as he, Daniel, Amanda and Chozen prepare to go into Cobra Kai. "You gonna be okay out here?" He asks. "Absolutely. Do what you need to do, Johnny. I'll be in the van." She kisses his cheek as Daniel motions him to come along. "I'll be out soon." He kisses her quickly before walking with him. When they come back out, Johnny grins. "What happened?" She questions, wanting to know what's going on. "We spoke to the big guy for the Sekai Taikai. They're giving Miyagi-Do a chance." "That's awesome. That also means you didn't say anything inappropriate to Silver in front of them?" Daniel snorts. "Of course he did. He just did it after they agreed to view our dojo."

"Johnny." She scolds. "What'd you say?" "That I'd shove his ponytail straight up his ass." He shrugs as she laughs. "You're ridiculous." They drive to the dojo, Torrence getting out while they talk so she can go talk to everyone. "Dude, did you catch that video I sent you of last year's Sekai Taikai?" Eli asks Miguel as they walk in with Robby. "Man, who knew people could kick that high?" Miguel asks. "Or that hard." Robby says. "Dude, seriously." Eli says. "I guess that's why it's the biggest competition in the world." Torrence says as she walks over. "I heard last year's winners did a big car commercial in Taiwan." Eli walks to Torrence, throwing his arm around her shoulders. He smiles at her as she leans into him.

"Aw, dude, imagine being in a commercial. What would you do with all that money?" Mitch asks. "Buy a yacht with a hot tub on it. Fill it up with smarties and hotties." Chris answers as the group laughs. "All right, all right. Let's not get ahead of ourselves." Daniel says as he comes out with Johnny and Chozen. "All right, remember, Cobra Kai is gonna do everything they can to get a spot. And if they win this time, kids all over the world are gonna have to deal with the same kind of crap you guys have gone through." He says. "But if we win, we can show the world how to stop them." Sam states. "First you must prove you can compete with best." Chozen says. "But in order to do that, you have to be better than the best."

Johnny looks around the group. "Which is why we're gonna kick your asses into high gear." "Sensei Lawrence, Sensei Toguchi and I are gonna get you ready for the presentation tomorrow. Okay, so come on. Let's get warmed up." Daniel says. "Go! Move those asses." Johnny shouts. Eli kisses Torrence's head before walking off. She sits on the stairs, watching everyone as they train. The next day, the Sekai TaiKai people come to watch everyone. Torrence so badly wants to participate, prove she can win but Johnny would never allow that. Eli sits beside her when the people leave. "You okay? You seem kinda down." "I just... I wanna fight. I want to help Miyagi-Do and I want to take down Cobra Kai."

"I get that-" "You don't." She stands, turning to look at him. "You don't know what it's like to finally be able to fight again after being told you'll never walk again only to get pregnant and not be able to fight anymore." She almost snaps. "I never said I knew what it was like. I just said I understood." "But you don't understand. You- You've been able to fight this entire time. You took a break for, like, a month and that was it. I'm out pretty much indefinitely." He stands, taking her face in his hands as she tears up. "I want to win. I want to prove I can win." She mumbles. "Torrence, sweetheart, you don't have to prove anything. Everyone here knows you could kick their ass in the blink of an eye."

She shakes her head. "You're stronger than any of us." He says, pulling her against him. The LaRussos plan a pizza party, everyone going. Torrence sits outside by the pool, feet dipped in as she leans back on her hands, looking up at the sky. Johnny comes out, looking at her. He heard her conversation with Eli earlier. "Hey, princess, you're missing the pizza party." "Yeah." She looks back at him before motioning him over. "You doing okay?" He asks, sitting beside her. She shrugs, nodding. "I know how much you wanna fight..." He pauses, looking at her. "And I'm sorry I've taken that chance away from you." "It takes two people, Johnny. I did this to myself just as much as you did." She leans against him, dropping her head to his shoulder. "Yeah, but-"

"But nothing. I'm just upset. I wouldn't change it though. I love you and I'm terrified and excited all at once for this." "Oh trust me, I understand being terrified." He chuckles, kissing her head. She smiles, leaning into him more. The next day, she walks into Cobra Kai with the dojo, holding Johnny's hand tightly. Johnny and Daniel try to keep her hidden as much as they can. She came to support her dojo but they didn't want anyone to get near her, knowing the kind of hatred the Cobras have for her since she left Cobra Kai. When they have to leave her to talk to the Sekai Taikai organizers, they have Eli, Miguel and Robby cover her. When they return, Johnny is quick to wrap his arm around her waist.

The fight starts with Eli and Kenny, the latter getting the first point. Eli scores the second but the ref calls it out of bounds. Kenny elbows the back of Eli's knee. "No, it's fine. He just caught me off-guard." "Are you sure, Eli?" Daniel asks. "No more Eli. It's time to uncage the Hawk." Eli spikes his mohawk more before getting back at the mat. Kenny hits him in the chest causing him to double over, gasping. "Eli!" Torrence is quick to run on the mat, Johnny and Daniel following. "Eli, what's wrong?" She asks. "I can't- can't- can't breathe." He wheezes out. "Can you continue?" The ref asks. Eli goes to push himself up when he collapses. "Where's the medic?" Johnny shouts. "That's a forfeit. Winner, Payne." The ref announces as the medic comes over.

Cobra Kai cheers. "Can you breathe?" Eli nods weakly. "I think he's okay. Just got the wind knocked out of him." The medic says, feeling Eli's chest. "Looks like you got a new name." Kenny says to Eli. "Faux-Hawk." He smirks. Torrence goes to step forward when Johnny grabs her waist, pulling her back. The girls fight is about to start but Tory disappears. Devon steps onto the mat as Torrence sits beside Eli, rubbing his back softly. Johnny sits on her opposite side, keeping an eye on her. Sam wins the girls match. The Miyagi-Fangs crowd around her pulling her into a group hug. Soon enough, the organizers stand. "We have reached an agreement." The man says.

"As expected, we were impressed with the skills, precision and discipline of the new Sekai Taikai qualifier..." He pauses. Torrence grabs Johnny's hand quickly, waiting for the dojos name. "Cobra Kai." Her shoulders slump and she looks down. "As for our other dojo, we admired your unusual mix of styles and underdog spirit... and we think you could be a unique addition to the competition." Everyone's brows furrow, not understanding. "Therefore, we've decided that your dojo has also qualified." The Miyagi-Fangs cheer, Johnny wrapping Torrence in a hug. "You did it." She grins, looking up at him. "We did it." He looks at the other two senseis. When he steps away with them to talk to the organizers Eli runs to her, picking her up in a tight hug. She laughs.

Daniel tells everyone to celebrate and Johnny pulls Torrence to Miguel and Robby. "I told your mom, Rosa and Torrence I'd take them out to dinner and a late night movie so you guys are on your own if you wanna host that celebration." He says. Torrence grins, kissing his cheek. He pulls her into a hug when the boys disperse, kissing her head. "You guys are absolutely gonna kick ass at that tournament." She states as they all start to leave, everyone buzzing with excitement at the win. "Oh for sure." He says with a smirk. "Don't get too cocky. Be smart about it." "Always am, princess." She snorts. "Always smart? A smartass maybe." He pushes her when she laughs.
