Gulnaaz's pov
He came and hugged me really tight, I needed this. I needed him, but I felt that I was both physically and mentally too tired to respond that hug,so didn't hug back, I stood still. I saw my condition,scars and scratches everywhere, my feet looked black, completely burnt, my whole body was packed with bandages and casters.. honestly,this didn't even bug me a little but this one thought was overtaking my mind, "now what will they do", as I overthought this I noticed that my breath started getting heavier, no this can't happen right now, I then tried to pay attention to aalim to get away from this, I felt that he was blabbering some words, but i wasn't able to hear it.. What's going on? Shit, I can't afford a panick attack at this state, my body won't be able to handle it, I also felt my breath get heavier and I started getting chills, no no no, everything started to blur and then it just blacked out.

Aalim had hugged his naaz really tightly and is continuously crying.
Abhi (while crying) - naaz I'm so sorry naaz, ye jo hua, vo bilkul galat tha naaz, please aisa mat samajhiyega ki mujhe aap par bharosa nahi, mere mulk ka vaasta, aisa kuch nahi tha, maine jo kiya vo nasir aur zainab sir ke forceful orders ke karan kiya, maine unse aapko chhodne ki bheekh bhi maangi thi, ye jo hua sab galat tha morally,legally,sabka sab, mai jaanta hu aap kitni zyada maayus (disappointed) hongi mujhse,aapko mujhse baat nai karni hai na mat kijiye, talaq dena hai to vo bhi de dijiye bas aap theek ho jaaiye..aapki aisi halat mai nahi dekh paaunga, ham case karenge naaz in donon par (nasir and zainab), aap bas jaldi theek ho jaaiye..
For a couple of moments there was a silence in the room, the only noise that could hear was of aalim's tears flowing down his cheeks.
Aalim - naaz (shakes her softly by shoulder), naaz uthiye, kya ho gaya, naaz, naaz..
Aalim's pov
I was continuously sobbing on her shoulder giving her all the justifications, but she wasn't responding, I understand completely how disappointed she would be in me but she has to respond, I then shaked her softly, but still there was no response, I then started shaking her by her shoulders continuously, blabbering her name so that she responds but still nothing. I went on my knee and saw that she has fainted.
"Doctor! Doctor! " I screamed the living shit out of me.
The doctor came and checked on naaz, the doctor then told me that it was a panick attack. He also told me that this was very common among patients who've faced so much trauma, the most probable reason of her having a panick attack would be seeing herself in this condition.
I don't believe the reason, my naaz is the strongest person I know, I may breakdown but her, never. She faced the worst of all tortures with a damn smile on her face, then what are bandages to bother her, it must be something else.
I continuously caressed her hair and sat on a chair right beside her bed.

On the other hand, Zainab and Nasir were absolutely astonished to see that gulnaaz was innocent.. (Naaz is just too smart for you people 😌)
Zainab - sahab ye to bohot gazab ho gaya, gulnaaz siddiqui masoom nikli?
Nasir - mujhe bhi yakeen nahi ho raha hai janab, shaukat ki khabar galat kaise nikli, sabse manja hua agent hai vo ISI ka.. I don't believe it.
Zainab - are lekin miya, vo siddiqui ko hamne 3rd degree karaya confession ke liye.. 3RD DEGREE!!! Usme bhi 3rd way tak chale gaye with lie detector.. Pehli baat to ye illegal hai bina government orders ke karana to socho ki kitna zyada khatarnaak tha ye..Ache se achon ki hawa one way me hi nikal jaati hai, aur lie detector pakad leta hai.. Ham to 3rd way tak gaye fir bhi sab truth aya, kitna bhi confidence rakh lo, kahin na kahin itne dard me toot hi jaata hai..
(ab inko kaun samjhaye ki dard ne hi to uski help kari hai)
Ab uska gunehgaar hone namumkin hai..
Nasir - hmm.. Lekin shaukat.... Khair..
Ab unko itna dard diya hai to gustakhiyon ki maafi maangne, unse milne bhi to jaana padega na.. (Smirks)
Zainab - aap kya karne ka soch rahe hain?
Nasir - dekhte jaaiye ab aap.. (Smirks again)
