His father is the director of the hospital and his mother as assistant of his father because Gemini only focus in his career as a doctor he didn't request his father to have any position in "Norawit Thailand Hospital" .But even he have no any position in the hospital many people working there respect him and treat him as not co-workers who have same position to them...
