Chapter 23: Begaani Shaadi Mein Abdullah Deewana

After that incident, Sidharth completely detached himself from Hina. At first she was angry but when Sidharth told her about the blackmailing done by Sana, she was easily convinced as she didn't want Sidharth to lose his property. But this time he was not missing Hina like he was missing Sana when they were not talking. No matter how much he pretended to be angry with Sana, the reality was that he wanted things between them to be just like earlier. But at the same time he was scared that he might fall for Sana that's why he was not taking any initiative.

Rita Ji noticed that Sidharth and Sana were not in talking terms so she made a plan to bring them close.

One evening, Rita Ji said, "Sidharth tu Sana ko le kar kahi bahar ghumne kyu nahi jaata?"

"Ghumne jaau matlab?" Sidharth asked.

"Arrey Baba nayi nayi shaadi hui hai tum dono ki. Lekin phir bhi office se aane ke baad buddho ki tarah ghar pe baithe rehte ho. Paata hai jab mere aur tere Dad ki nayi nayi shaadi hui thi, hum dono roz shaam ko ghumne nikalte the."

"Woh bhi kya din the na Rita? Sirf tum aur main." Ashok Ji said being romantic to which Rita Ji glared him as their children were present.

"Jaane di jiye na Mummy Ji. Hum iss waqt kaha jaayenge?" Sana said trying to avoid the topic.

"That's not the problem. Mujhe ek se badh kar ek acchi jagah paata hai jo couples ke liye bani hai. If you want I can suggest you." Karan said.

"Haan haan tujhe toh bada experience hoga." Sidharth said to which Karan rolled his eyes.

"Aur agar kisi particular jagah pe jaana nahi hai toh dono mil ke long drive ke liye hi chale jaaiye. That will be also very romantic." Nandu said.

The family members started insisting so much that Sidharth and Sana couldn't deny anymore. Finally they agreed.

They got ready and left together.

After sometime...

Sidharth was driving the car on the road and Sana was sitting beside him. She was facing towards the window. During the whole journey, they didn't speak a single word.

"Aaj bohut dino baad main aur Sana saath mein time spend kar rahe hai. Paata nahi kaise, main jitna Sana se dur rehne ki koshish karta hoon, kisi na kisi tarah se uske aur paas aa jaata hoon. Here I want to maintain distance from her but at the same time when she is around me, I feel happy. Oh God! Yeh feelings mujhe ek din sach mein pagal kar dengi." Sidharth said in his mind.

"Mujhe paata hai tum kya soch rahe ho." Sana said suddenly to which Sidharth looked at her with wide eyes.

"K..k..kya paata hai tumhe?" He asked stammering.

"Yeh hi na ki kaash tum iss waqt apni girlfriend ke saath hote. But you are stuck with me." Sana said.

Sidharth was relieved that she didn't know what he was actually thinking.

"Haan haan bilkool. Yeh hi soch raha tha main. Bekaar mein idhar... Tumhare saath fas gaya." He said.

"Mujhe bhi na koi shauk nahi hai tumhare saath ghumne ka. Hum zaldi se kahi se khana khaa ke ghar wapas laut te hai. But please... Kisi dhang ke restaurant mein khana khilana. Kahi phir se acidity na ho jaaye mujhe."

"Zyada mat bolo. Uss din bhi five restaurant se khana order kiya tha maine. Tumhe accha khana hazam nahi hota toh iss mein main kya karu? Abhi aas paas jo restaurant milega udhar hi khana khayenge hum log."

Sana didn't say anything and made a face.

Sidharth started looking for a place where they could eat.

"Mujhe realise hi nahi hua, main sayad drive karte karte seher se kuch zyada hi dur aa gaya. Idhar aas paas na koi restaurant dikh raha hai naa hi koi Hotel. Lagta hai gadi wapas ghumani hogi." Sidharth said after sometime.
