Chapter 43: Izhar Pyaar Ka

Sana was looking at Sidharth while waiting eagerly for his answer.

After a long pause, Sidharth took off his eyes and said, "Mujhe divorce chahiye."

Sana was numb.

Sidharth stood up and tried to leave when Sana hold his hand. She also stood up and said, "Yeh tumhare dil ki baat nahi hai Sidharth. Aur aaj main yaaha sach jaan ne aayi hoon. Jab tak tum mujhe sach sach nahi baata te ki tumhare dil mein kya hai, main tumhe divorce nahi dungi."

Sidharth looked at her and said sternly, "Sana divorce toh tumhe dena padega. Sab kuch tumhari marzi se nahi chalega. Jab mann karega chhor ke chali jaaogi, jab mann karega wapas aa jaaogi.... Aisa nahi ho sakta."

"Haan main chali gayi thi. Par tum rok sakte the. Tumne bhi toh nahi roka." Sana said in a painful voice.

"Nahi roka. Aur aaj bhi nahi rokunga. Jaisa chal raha hai chalne do. Kaal court mein aa jaana. Divorce deke khatam karte hai iss rishte ko."

Sana got hurt hearing that he wanted to end their relationship. The little hope that was left in her heart, was too dying by each passing second.

Saying that Sidharth started walking and Sana was looking at him with blurred vision.

He suddenly stopped and turned to her. Then he ran towards her.

They were now standing close. His gaze fell on her lips. He closed his eyes as well as Sana. In no time, their lips met.

It started raining more heavily. Standing in the open field, two souls were kissing each other, being all soaked in the rain. They were kissing as if there was no tomorrow. The kiss was mixed with emotions and pain. Tears were flowing from both of their eyes but still they were not ready to leave each other as they were addicted to each others' lips.

After sometime they broke the kiss due to lack of oxygen. They both kept their eyes closed for sometime.

"See you in the court." Sidharth whispered and Sana opened her eyes hearing the harsh reality from his mouth.

Then he left from there but Sana didn't move.

"Tum chahe kuch bhi kaho, jaisa chal raha hai main waisa nahi chalne dungi. Ab woh hi hoga jo sahi hoga." She said in her mind wiping her tears.

Next Day...

Shukla family reached the court and met Mukherjee family there. There was everyone except Sana.

Sidharth became confused and asked Pratima Ji, "Sana kaha hai?"

"Uski clients ke saath meeting thi. Aati hi hogi." She replied.

Soon they all entered the court.

"Bhai kaal itna kuch hone ke baad bhi aap ka mind change nahi hua? Yeh jo ho raha hai bohut galat ho raha hai." Karan said trying to make him understand.

Sidharth showed his hand and said, "I know what I am doing."

Karan became quiet.

On the other hand, Manik and Nandu were sitting at a corner.

"Manik woh dono kya sach mein alag ho jayenge?" Nandu asked sadly.

"Lagta toh yeh hi hai." Manik also replied sadly. "Paata hai main na bohut pehle se hi jaanta tha ki yeh din aayega. Woh dono alag honge. Lekin iss ek saal mein dono ke badalte hue rishte ko dekh ke kahi na kahi mujhe bhi laga tha ki sayad unka divorce na ho. Divorce se pehle woh dono ek dusre ko chahne lage. But I was wrong."

"Unhe dekh kar maine bhi yeh socha tha ki woh dono ek dusre se pyaar karte hai. Aur sayad yeh baat sach bhi hai. Phir woh kyu alag ho rahe hai?"

Nandu's eyes were moist. Manik kept his hand on her hands and said, "Don't cry Nandu. Keep faith on destiny. Agar unka milna likha hai toh woh zaroor milenge. Everything is not over yet."
