As the wedding day unfolded, the air was filled with a mix of joy and emotions. The bustling activities, the vibrant decorations, and the sound of laughter created an atmosphere of celebration. I watched as everyone immersed themselves in the preparations, each person playing a role to ensure that the day would be perfect.

Armaan, true to his nature, was deeply involved in the arrangements. He took on the responsibilities of a loving brother, ensuring that every detail was attended to. Despite the busyness of the day, I noticed a certain longing in his eyes, a momentary pause as he witnessed the rituals of the wedding.

The sindoor daan ceremony held a special significance for both families, marking the moment when the bride was adorned with sindoor by the groom. My gaze followed Armaan, and I could sense his emotions welling up. It was as if he was reflecting on the bittersweet nature of this occasion, the happiness of the union and the realization of a departure.

As the time for the vidaai, the farewell of the bride, approached, the emotions in the room grew more intense. Ridaanshi clung to her loved ones, tears streaming down her cheeks as she prepared to leave her childhood home.

I watched as Armaan, standing strong, held her in his arms, offering reassurance and support. His eyes held a mixture of pride, love, and a hint of sadness, but he didn't let his emotions overcome him.

Adwait bhai, consoled Ridaanshi with comforting words. Riaansh, her younger brother, held onto her, tears welling up in his eyes as he faced the reality of his sister's departure. The vidaai was a moment of tender goodbyes, a mixture of happiness for the new journey and the melancholy of leaving behind the familiar.

After Ridaanshi had left, I noticed Armaan's absence. My intuition led me to his room, where I found him, seated on the floor near the balcony, his gaze fixed on the sky. His shoulders shook, and it was clear that he had let his emotions flow freely. Without a word, I approached him, wrapping my arms around him in a comforting embrace.

He clung to me, his tears falling onto my shoulder as he released the pent-up emotions he had held back throughout the day. The silent understanding between us spoke volumes, no words were needed. I held him close, offering solace and support as he navigated the complex web of emotions that come with seeing a loved one take such a significant step in life.

The day that had started with celebrations had now transitioned into a more reflective moment, a time to acknowledge the profound changes that had taken place. As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the horizon, Armaan's tears subsided, and he slowly looked up at me with gratitude in his eyes.

next day :-

As the next day dawned, I found myself in the midst of another important event - the consultation with the panditji. The air was thick with a mix of excitement and anticipation as the family members gathered, eager to hear what the astrological readings had to say about Armaan and me.

Panditji, a wise and knowledgeable man, sat with an array of papers and charts before him. My heart raced a bit as I took my seat beside my father, feeling a blend of nervousness and curiosity. Saina, as always, was by my side, offering silent reassurance with her presence.
