During the Great War between Vale and Vacuo Mistral will turn into Atlas and Mistral. Samuel is 30 years old and he led the Orders army to conquer Remnant alongside Atlas and Mistral. He has also been held by three of his ruthless generals: Ramiro d'Orco, Oliverotto da Fermo, and Vitellozzo Vitell.
