14.It's Sunday

Next morning, Ahaan woke and find Ishqi still sleeping. He put her hairs aside and a smile came over his face. He started waking her up.

"Ishqi..."

"Hmm.."

"Get up."

"Aaj Sunday hai Ahaan. Sone dijiye muje thoda.", Ishqi stirred in her sleep.

Saying this she covered her whole body with blanket.

He smiled then went to get fresh and came back and find Ishqi still sleeping. He went near her, again he caressed her hairs.

"Ishqi, pls get up."

"Ahaan aaj Sunday hai.", she said being irritated.

"I know sweetheart but it's already 9. Jyada sogi toh headache hojayega.", he asserted.

She got up suddenly.

"9 baj gaye and aap ab utha rahe hai. Abhi 10 baje tak sab aajayenge. Breakfast bhi ready krna hai."

"Relax Devi. Ghar par sirf hum dono, Kartik, Payal aur Rohan hi hai. Baki sab bade koi mandir ke darshan krne gaye hai. Kal morning tak aayenge.", he informed.

"What ! Aapne pehle kyu nhi bataya?", she asked.

"Muje bhi thodi der pehle WhatsApp par family group mein pata chala. Accha jao ab ready hokar aao."

"Hmm."

She went to get ready and came back.
They both started coming down.

"Kartik, Payal, aur Rohan uth gaye honge ab tak and breakfast bhi ready nhi hai.", she said with panic.

"Sunday ko vo sab time se uthne se rahe and chalo I will help you in preparing breakfast.", he suggested.

They then entered kitchen and were shocked seeing the site. The whole kitchen was in mess with Kartik and Payal having flour in their hands and face.

Ishqi called them, "Kartik, Payal?"

"Ye sab kya hai?", Ahaan asked.

"Kitchen ki kya halat bana di hai.", Ishqi blabbered.

"Tum log kar kya rahe ho yaha?", Ahaan enquired.

Kartik responded, "Bhaiya vo maine socha aaj breakfast main banau issliye aaya tha. Bhabhi ke liye kuch special banana chahta tha."

"Jiju main bhi breakfast banane aayi thi lekin ye apka Bhai jhagda krne laga.", Payal too replied.

"Kartik.", Ahaan sternly called out.

"Bhai maine kuch nhi kiya, ye jhagda krne lagi aakar.", Kartik said.

"Kartik, 25 saal ka hogaya hai tu aur ab bhi baccho jaisi harkatein krta hai.", Ahaan said with a serious look.

"Bhai."

Ahaan glared at him and Payal smiles a little so Ishqi glared at her.

Ishqi strictly said, "Jaao tum dono jakar ready hokar aao."

They both silently went from there. Now Ishqi and Ahaan both bursted in laugh.

Ahaan exclaimed, "Shakal dekhi dono ki?"

"Haa aur khabardar mere devar ko aage se kabhi danta toh.", Ishqi warned him.

"Galti krega toh jarur daantunga."

"Apki sali bhi kuch kam nhi hai. Accha chaliye ab breakfast bhi banana hai."

They cleaned up the mess and prepared the breakfast.
