i walk into our flat for the first time in weeks

i still wasn't anywhere near over anything that happened back in England

Emil and Jobe came back on the plane with us, and Jude is currently helping them settle into their new house, not too far from us.

i see Mia and instantly sprint towards her

it was just me, Jude and his parents who knew about the baby, but i was going to tell Emil, Jobe and Mia very soon

she holds me in her arms

i missed her too much

"you are the strongest person i know" she smiles to me as i begin to cry

my hormones have been all messed up lately and i really don't like it

"what's up" she looks at me, as i sit almost lifelessly on the sofa

i stay silent

"i swear you're hiding something from me"

not able to speak a word, i open up my purse and take out a pregnancy test i'd taken when i first came back from the doctors

i pass her the stick as i see her eyes widen

"wait wait wait- you're having a child?"

i nod

she hugs me

"you'll be the best mother anyone could ask for, and i know Jude's going to be there for you too"

i smile as i begin to lay on my back on the sofa

jude's pov

i see Vini, instantly dapping him up as i come close enough

"Judeee" he smiles, bringing me into a little hug

"ayy Vini" i smiles

"how was birmingham?" he asks as we take a seat down in the small cafe

"a lot happened to be fair"

"yeah, i heard about Chloe's Mum, tell her i'm sorry for her loss, i'm sure her mother was an amazing woman"

"yeah, she really was, she was like family to me too, i was devastated as well, and Chloe's still not in the best mood either"

"how's Emil and Jobe settling in then?"

"yeah they're great, their house is just round the corner actually, not far from me or Chloe actually"

"good good, anything else happen"

"well-" i say my eyes widening for a second

"oh no"

"she's pregnant"

"what!" Vini stares at me in shock "you got her pregnant!"

"Mykonos innit, thought we'd get away with it but clearly not"

"is she keeping it?"

"yeah yeah, i'll be there for her innit, i honestly don't mind it, it happened and now i'll just make sure i give her and the kid a good life"

"good on you Jude, you're a great guy, i know you'll take care of them well"

"thanks"

"hey love" i smile as she accepts the facetime

"hi"

she spoke to only me properly since her mum passed, she's uttered a total of 5 words to anyone else, but i'm glad she speaks to me at least

"how's it like being back in Spain?"

"fine, helps me forget what happened a little bit i guess"

"can i come over, i miss you"

"please" she smiles

"did you tell Mia yet?" i ask as we lay in her bed, just resting in the warmth of each other

"yeah, she's excited i think"

"you know i am too" i smile, moving my arm which was around her shoulders down to her belly, which still looked the same to be fair "how are they"

"good i hope" she smiles "i just feel bad for the baby"

"why?"

"i just wish they had their grandparents around innit"

"your parents were amazing people, the baby would have loved them so much"

"i know" she says "well at least they have your mum and dad, they're just as amazing to be fair"

"and they have Emil and Jobe, best uncles they'll be"

"i still don't have a clue how were meant to tell them"

"they're going to make it weird i swear"
