"WHAT" I yelled as soon as my dad told me I was getting married
"geez freen could you react a little less loudly my ears are ringing" dad replied while covering his ears.
"but dad I have a girlfriend this is just a mere betrayal to her" I replied
"u mean the girl who just cheated on you yeah a betrayal alright"
"I don't care we are still dating" I relied hesitantly
He ignored me and continued to tell me about the marriage and how he and his business partner saw it as a good idea to get their daughters married to expand their business .' At least its a girl' i said in my mind
"When is the wedding" I asked unwillingly "next month" he replied easily "WHAT dad why so soon I don't even know her " I was literally on the verge of crying right now "Jesus freen do u have to shout , but don't worry u will see each other tomorrow at dinner with them " i just nodded . And I went to my room to cry. "This sucks" I mumbled
BECKYS POV
"But mom its not like am refusing ur wishes I just don't wanna marry someone i don't know" I said trying to convince my parents from forcing me into an arranged marriage
" Its not like we have a choice papers are already signed " she said while looking at me worringly
"but mom u can't expect me to marry a random guy I don't know a gay I told u right " I said agitated with the situation here. " Oh don't worry sweetie its a girl and plus you go to the same school maybe you know her"
"who is it " I asked "Chakimha is her surname I don't know her name" I don't know anyone who goes by chakimha at school must be lowkey i thought to my self
"OK its not like I have a choice I agree " I said while I went to my room ."Great choice " my brother richie shouted . I turned around and i raised my middle finger towards him. As soon as I got to my room I told Irin abut this and she just laughed saying its karma for stealing people's girlfriends." fuck you " I replied " no becky seriously think about it freen cursed u in front of the whole class and the next think u are trapped in a marriage with a girl u don't even know wow congrats" she said on the other line of the call. "Any ways bye girl gotta go see noey we are going on a date" she said while blushing " You go girl have fun oh and try not to fuck on the first day" I replied teasingly . I then hanged up and went to sleep thinking about this marriage ."Hope she's pretty " i said before drifting off to sleep

Both girls fell asleep with different hopes one hoping that her parents will change her mind the other hoping to find the girl pretty . I know so different right God its gonna be weird when they meet I know don't tell me .
Next morning freen woke up hoping to go breakup with her girlfriend because she's getting married.(and plus the girl cheated right).They met at a restaurant Freen thought the girl will atleast apologise but to her dismay she didn't instead the girl behaved as if nothing happened she was just clinging hugging and kissing freen . Freen lost it and told her how she had hurt her with this betrayal she tried reasoning that she was drunk and she didn't mean it . Freen stood up faced the girl and said "well am getting married I guess its a win win situation u get to keep dating Rebecca and I get married bye Tasha" She then left not paying hid to Tasha's shouts and cries.
Soon it was already dinner time of the chakimha's and the Armstrongs.
