39. Fears

All she hoped was that Yuzuru wasn't expecting an answer to this and it didn't seem like he did.

Another kiss and she was finding herself immersed in him.
Moaning against his lips came too naturally.

The mere knowledge that they hadn't done anything but kissing months and that her sex life was now a desert in comparison to what it used to be was enough to drive her crazy with need.

All Aria wanted to do was grab him and take what she wanted.

Yet, all at the same time, they didn't have the house for themselves and Yuzuru was still recovering from his terrible encounter with Influenza.

Reluctantly pushing him away with a few pecks on his lips, Aria saw him smile. Yuzuru looked happier than she had ever seen him since they met and somehow, that brought warmth to her heart.

He did try to kiss her passionately again but this time, she pulled away almost as soon as he tried, earning a groan from the frustrated man.

"Never in my life have I wanted to expel my mom from home as much as I want to now."

Laughing was inevitable when he was so clear about how much he wanted it as well. In a way, his mother's presence had made the current situation the way it was so she couldn't fully complain about the older woman's presence.

"Maybe I should really go home. It will be weird..."

"It's only weird if you make it weird."

"I'm serious... I don't want your mom to look at me in a bad way."

Deep down, Aria was always worried.

If the woman even suspected her past career, there were no doubts that she would have kicked her out of the house and out of her son's life. She wasn't worthy of this handsome Japanese skater.

"She won't."

"Yuzuru... I'm not really a girl with a stellar past and a good family. I know how things are in Japan and..."

"You will shut up now before I do it for you"

Aria blushed at the thought, wondering how he would do that and none of the possible answers being good for her heart.

"You know what I mean."

"And I don't care. You paid the bills, Aria."

"I could have been working at the supermarket."

"You made the choice to leave when you could have been earning more money than you are now."

"I also only left because of that one guy."

In a way, she knew it was a lie. Leaving the business was inevitable after Yuzuru showed her how a relationship could be nice but the fact that she had been mistreated by that one client was the one accelerator for the decision in the end.

His face turned cold at the mention of the situation and Yuzuru just hugged her tight.

"I'm just glad you're out of danger."

That meant more than she could have ever told him.

The man in front of her eyes had never once questioned her choices. He had never even said a single thing about how she used to earn money and never threw it at her face.

Even now, as she was finally done with it for a while, his concern had never been about what she was doing as a profession but rather if she was safe or not.

Either this man was truly an angel or he really had it bad for her.

Well, he wouldn't be the only one to feel overwhelmed by the intensity of feelings that seemed to bind them. She really was willing to give it all up before and now even more.

Aria kissed him against the door once again, fully ignoring the previous thoughts of his mother. She wanted him again and if none of them was willing enough to part ways, they would most likely end up curled in each other's bodies, lost in the passion of their feelings for one another.

"Aria" he moaned against her lips. The mere sound was only even more tempting. She wanted to pin him to the bed and only leave that room the next week.

It seemed like none of them wanted to pull away now that they were so close.

For a few moments, Aria believed they would just allow things to happen and completely forget about their surroundings but in the end, it was far from the right time.

The only thing that stopped them, however, was a soft knock on the door.

It didn't take a genius to know who was on the other side of the door and Yuzuru thought exactly the same from his sigh in reaction as his lips left hers once again.

He kissed her cheek lovingly before even acknowledging the sound.

Seeing him look down and blush at the obvious reaction she had gotten from him made Aria bite her lip in reaction. It was so hot to see him like that, all bothered and sexy.

He pushed his hoodie a bit down in an attempt to cover it up before opening the door.

Aria couldn't see Yumi on the other side but she did hear what the woman said.

"I'm sorry if I'm interrupting. Dinner is ready."

The last thing she expected was the woman to apologize for intruding but then again, was it that surprising given what Aria knew of Yuzuru's personality? The sheer fact that his mother seemed an incredible woman only explained how her son turned out to be the man that Aria cared about.

Truly, some things you couldn't teach and it was becoming clearer every day that Yuzuru's upbringing had a lot to do with his beautiful and caring personality.

Maybe there was no need to worry about her past after all.
