Jamilia's POV

I head to the pit where there aren't any seats for the concert. I didn't mind because I get to see my favourite band, Heroes of Olympus, play live. They had an opening act called Apollo's and they were actually pretty good, though they weren't who I came for.

When Apollo's was done performing, Heroes of Olympus finally came. First it was Leo getting settled on his drum seat, then the rest of them came. Percy, Will, Frank and Jason picking up their instruments. "How you doing tonight Vancouver!" Percy screamed into the microphone and screams of girls responded to him.

"This is my hometown guys, so make me proud," Frank said smiling at them. I was so happy at this moment seeing them this close. I could not believe that these people were actually real.

To start it off, Jason took the mic and said "The first song we'll be doing tonight ladies and gentleman, is... a song" he joked. "Okay, okay. To kick it off, we've decided to do My Goddess. This song is really special to us, and you could probably guess why. It's also the very first song we performed live. So, this is how it goes." he said and they sang the song.

Jason was right, everyone knew that My Goddess was about the special someones' in their lives, I mean, I says it in the title technically.

The concert was almost finished and I was pretty sad. This was probably the only time I'll get to see them live. All the songs that they played in order was:

"It's been such an honour to perform here, and I'm so sad to announce that we have two songs left to perform. This next one is about you being able to get through any obstacle put in front of you. It's called Finish Line" Will shouted out. They sang the song acoustically with Leo on the cajon nailing his solo. The whole crowd was singing the lyrics and it actually sounded amazing because no one was screaming the lyrics at the top of their lungs.

When they were done, Leo got up and dusted himself off, even though he wasn't sitting on the floor. "Um, this is usually the part  we sing our last song and wrap everything up but we want to change it up a bit." he started explaining. "We usually sing See You Again by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth at this moment, but tonight, we are deciding to sing I Won't Give Up by Jason Mraz, so enjoy." he said.

Personally, I didn't mind. I would've wanted to listen to See You Again but this song hasn't been sung by them yet. Frank started this off and sang the first verse

F: When I look into your eyes, it's like watching the night sky, or a beautiful sunrise. Well, there's so much they hold. And just like them old stars, I see that you've come so far. To be right where you are, how old your soul?

All: Well, I won't give up on us even if the skies get rough. I'm giving you all my love, I'm still looking up.

W: And when you're needing your space to do some navigating. I'll be here patiently waiting to see what you find.

P: Cause even the stars they burn, some even fall to the earth. We've got a lot to learn, God knows we're worth it. No I won't give up.

J: I don't want to be the one who walks away so easily. I'm here to stay and make the difference that I can make. Our difference they do a lot to teach us how to use. The tools and gifts we got, yeah, we got a lot at stake. And in the end, you're still my friend at least we did intend. For us to work we didn't break we didn't burn. We had to learn how how to bend without the world caving in. I had to learn what I've got, and what I'm not, and who I am.

All: Well, I won't give up on us even if the skies get rough. I'm giving you all my love, I'm still looking up, I'm still looking up.

L: Well I won't give up on us (w: no I'm not giving up). God knows I'm tough enough (I am tough, I am loved) God knows we're worth it. (and we're worth it)

Before they ended the songs with the last chorus, Frank took the mic and said "Can we bring up Annabeth Chase to the stage?" I was very confused on why they were bringing her up. I knew that she was Percy's girlfriend and that's all, they don't really make their non-internet friends' lives public.

Apparently she didn't know why she was being brought up either because when I read her lips I made out Why the hell am I here?! And all they did was smirk and look over to the other side of the stage. It was just then I noticed that Percy had randomly disappeared.

"Kill the lights! Will, get on the piano, Ms. Chase," Leo said handing her a microphone. I could've sworn I heard him mutter "or should I say Mrs. Jackson. (cue p!atd) under his breath.

Everyone in the audience were starting to ask each other what was going on. Though their question was soon answered when one of the two spotlights pointed to the side of the stage and Percy came out in a suit and tie. The whole crowed cheered for him as he walked up to his girlfriend smiling with a bouquet of roses. He held the mic to his mouth and sang the last chorus. "I won't give up on us, even if the skies are rough. I'm giving you all my love, I'm still looking up."

He gave Annabeth the flowers and got down on one knee. "Annabeth, I love you with all my life and you know that. Sure we don't get along all the time but we can't go a day without saying I love you to each other," she was on the verge of crying at this point. "Before I ask, I want to thank you. Thank you for being a best friend, a girlfriend and my other half. So will you do the honours of being Mrs. Annabeth Jackson?" he proposed and that did it. Annabeth cried and nodded as Percy pulled her into a hug.

The whole audience erupted into applause with a tear or two glistening in some peoples' eyes. The band said their thank you's and goodnights' and got off stage with Annabeth being carried bridal style by Percy, though not being so happy about it.

My main emotion right now is ecstasy but deep inside, my heart shattered because Percy was my crush out of all of them. But I just pushed that emotion away and got home peacefully with the thought of Percy Jackson from Heroes of Olympus will be married within the next year.

Yes, yes, I know it took long blah blah blah excuse about homework. I'm pretty sure all of you are tired of this. Oh well, same face claims as the Gracelynne part. The name Jamilia is my friend's name jamjams02 I go to them for name suggestions and most of the time they're good.

You guys should check out @percabeth013 's book. It's called Future Percabeth as she's willing to be a dedicated author and all that ish. She welcomes grammar nazis and yeah. I've read it and she's a great author, and there's so much more time to improve with her being in 6th grade so yeah.
