Dean came to gasping for breath "Sam!" he noticed Selina was nowhere to be found "What did you do to Selina?"

Sam stood over Dean

"We gotta burn Ellicott's bones and all this will be over, and you'll be back to normal,"

"I am normal. I'm just telling the truth for the first time. I mean, why are we even here? 'Cause you're following Dad's orders like a good little soldier? Because you always do what he says without question? Are you that desperate for his approval?" Sam asked

"This isn't you talking, Sam,"

"That's the difference between you and me. I have a mind of my own. I'm not pathetic, like you and Selina,"

"So what are you gonna do, huh? Are you gonna kill me?"

"You know what, I am sick of doing what you tell me to do. We're no closer to finding Dad today than we were six months ago,"

"Well, then here. Let me make it easier for you," Dean held out his Smith & Wesson towards Sam "Come on. Take it. Real bullets are gonna work a hell of a lot better than rock salt."

Sam hesitated

"Take it!!" Dean saw Selina come up "You hate me that much? Do you think you could kill your own brother? Then go ahead. Pull the trigger. Do it!" he didn't honestly expect Sam to pull the trigger, but to his surprise, nothing happened.

Sam kept trying, but there was nothing.

"Hey, Sam!" Selina shouted, both the boys turned at Dean couldn't help but be shocked as Sam was pushed across the room.

Dean turned around and saw Selina's eyes with pure darkness. "Selina?" it seemed to pull her out of the trance as her eyes returned to normal. He got up quickly as she began to falter.

"Let's just burn these bones and get our brother back," Selina stated.

Dean nodded as the two walked into the hidden room to find Dr. Ellicott's mummified corpse. "Oh, that's just gross,"

"You're telling me," Dean began salting the body "Soak it up," But just as Dean was about to light it up, a gurney flew across the room and knocked him to the ground.

(Selina POV)

"Dean!" I shouted as he was knocked to the ground, Dr. Ellicott grabbed his face.

"Don't be afraid. I'm going to help you. I'm going to make you all better," Dr. Ellicott said

I was enraged, next thing you know I was holding a fireball in my hand. "Hey!" both turned towards me as the remains went up in flames.

Dean crawled over to me as the ghost turned black and fell to the ground.

"You ok?" I asked

"Yeah. You?" Dean questioned

"Let me get back to you on that," we walked over to where Sam fell as he came to

"You're not going to try and kill us, are ya?" Dean asked

Sam pushed his jaw "No,"

"Good." I said "Because that would be awkward," we walked back towards where Kat and Gavin were, looking outside it had just started daybreak.

"Thanks, guys," Gavin said

"Yeah. Thanks," Kat said

"No more haunted asylums, okay?" Dean told the couple. Once the couple went toward their car we headed towards the Impala

"Hey, Dean...Selina?" Sam asked we turned towards him "I'm sorry. I said some awful things back there,"

I blanched "You remember all that?"

"Yeah. It's like I couldn't control it. But I didn't mean it, any of it,"

"You didn't, huh?" Dean asked

"No, of course not! Do we need to talk about this?"

"No." I moved towards the Impala as I knew the boys would ask "I'm not really in the sharing and caring kinda mood. I just wanna get some sleep," but once Sam was in the Impala, Dean locked the doors, Sam looked at us confused "Dean come on, I'm tired...we stayed up the entire night,"

Dean took a seat on the trunk of the Impala "What happened down in the basement?"

I didn't answer

"Selina I'm not unlocking those doors until I get answers,"

"Remember our conversation the other night..."

"Yeah," Dean finally realized "How long have you realized..."

"Only until recently. I had a dream, it was a memory...Dean, I wanted to tell you, but you and Sam kept yelling at each other, I didn't..." I began to break down and Dean stood up and hugged me "I didn't want to lose you,"

"You won't, I'll keep you safe,"

I nodded "There's one more thing..." I looked up at him "My father. I don't know who he is...all I've heard is his voice...and with how frequent he is in my nightmares...I think he's looking for me,"

"No one's taking you away from us," we heard a tap on the window and turned to see Sam looking at us confused. "Alright let's go,"

I smiled but I couldn't help but still feel a bit antsy on the topic.

"You guys good?" Sam asked

"Never better," Dean said as he started the engine.

Sam woke up as Dean's phone rang "Dean," he looked over to see Selina and Dean still asleep, Sam was surprised that Selina was still able to sleep with her hearing. But neither of them moved, so Sam took it upon himself to answer the phone "Hello," he straightened up at the voice on the other end "Dad?"
