You wake up and Niall isn't next to you. You got out of bed and got dressed . You leave the room and see Niall on the couch .
"Morning Ni!" you yell.
"Morning Courtney." Niall returns and you hear a faint sniffle.
"Are you feelin' okay?" you question sitting next to him.
"Oh yeah. I'm fine and...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" He exclaims, and kisses your cheek.
You let it go , maybe he's just tired you lay on the couch cuddling, talking, and occasionally watching the movie.
"Oh go get ready, we need to leave for your birthday surprise." Niall ushered you into the bedroom. You heard the front door close and finally found your shoes.

You meet Niall outside.
"Alright so guess where we are going." Niall said when you came outside.
"Out..." you respond.
"No Courtney! We are going...TO THE FAIR!" Niall exclaims taking your hand and leading you to the car.
When you got to the fair, and Niall didn't look too well. He was pale and clammy but he continued to claim that he was fine. You let it go...for now

Niall look even worse than before. He wanted to take you out to dinner but you try to convince him to stay in because he is sick, but he continues to claim that he feels fine. You go to dinner and Niall really doesn't look well, and you are starting to wonder. Niall drives home for both of you to change into nicer clothes.

Once you order your food you and I'll talk about whatever comes up. When the food came and I wasn't eating, you knew he was sick now. You call the waiter over.
"can we get the check, and two to-go boxes?" you ask the waiter
"Courtney what are you doing?" Niall asks once the waiter is gone.
"Ni, you're obviously sick. It's okay. I don't mind. We can go home and watch movies."
" I'm sorry. I just didn't want to ruin your birthday" Niall says.
" it's alright it's the thought that counts, ya?" you smile and so does Niall.
"I love you Courtney." Niall says
"I love you too,Ni." you respond happily.
You and Niall leave and when you home you picked a movie to watch.
"What movie?" Niall asks laying down with his head in your lap.
"Mean Girls." you reply. Niall groans and you laugh.
You play with Niall's hair and soon you hear snores. You get tired as well so you turn off the movie and wake up Niall.
"Night babe." you say as Niall gets into the bed.
"Night princess." Niall tries to kiss you, but you push on his chest.
" nope." You say Poping the 'p' "you are sick, I love you, but I don't want your diseases" you continued laughing and Niall laughed too.
"well then I love you too" Niall says after he finishes laughing. You scoot closer and tonight and let sleep take over.
