VICTORY

EVERYONE KNEW WHAT JUST happened between Seth and Nova, especially since they could feel and read each others thoughts.

Nova's eyes flickered towards Seth's, still gazing in them like she was trapped inside of his brown orbs.

He was still staring at her like he had seen the sun for the first time. Paul felt the jealousy risen in him. What just happened? Seth thought, his heart racing. He knew what just happened, but he didn't expect it to be Nova.

He couldn't be more happier with the person that was his soulmate, who he was bounded with. She was beautiful and absolutely stunning. Her brown eyes sparkled into his just as his sparkled into hers.

Nova didn't know why she felt this way all of the sudden. Seth snapped out of his gaze when Paul cleared his throat, narrowing his eyes. Emily and Sam looked at each other. Quil's mouth was dropped open, the boy turned to look at Jared. Jared's eyes widened as he stared at Nova and Seth. With all the staring and confusion. Nova stepped back, too. Seth couldn't help but to glance at her whenever he had gotten a chance. He felt overly protective over this one specific girl. He guessed that it was the imprint bond.

Nervous, Nova pursed her lips and tucked a brown strand of hair behind her ears. She couldn't help but to notice Seth's pretty eyes either. "Who's hungry?" Jared asked the group, who was still quiet. Paul shifted on his feet, feeling jealous that Seth got the girl and he didn't imprint on her. Paul has always had a soft spot for Nova, he just never showed it. He never really shows his true feelings, especially in front of girls. Now with Seth here he will never be able to show it. Seth and Nova are bound together now. It was only time that he'd have to tell her what happened. Nova is all Seth could think about now.

He couldn't understand how that is possible. "Is anyone hungry?" Jared asked again, trying to break the awkward silence. And besides, he was starving.

"Yeah...uh, y-yeah," Nova said, her eyes darting back to Seth's.

"Well, lets go inside then." Seth stayed in front of Nova as everyone walked inside.

Paul was in front of everybody trying to ignore the fact that Seth had imprinted on her. The girl he liked who he will never be able to like again. But he won't show it. He can't even think about it or else the pack will read his thoughts.

It's not like he can block everyone out of his mind with special powers or something. Nova took tiny steps inside the house, looking around the outside yard as she did. The last time she was here she was visiting Charlie and Bella before the newborn army attack, Bella wanted her long gone as possible.

Jared walked up to Nova and smiled, breaking her out of her thoughts. She looked up and met his eyes.

"Oh, Jared. I almost forgot. How's Kim?" Jared smiled, moving his head towards the door. "Why don't you go see for yourself?"

Nova pushed past the pack and knocked arms with Seth. "Sorry..." Nova apologized, her eyes trained on the ground. "I-it's alright." He stammered. Nova smiled before she went inside. Kim was helping Emily sweep up the mess up from earlier when Seth dropped the muffin. There was still crumbs on the floor.

Kim was always the one to help out around the place as well since her and Jared are always over there.

"Nova?" Kim smiled, showing off her pearly white teeth. "Kim, it's so good to see you!" Nova and Kim ran over to each other and laughed as they embraced each other in a hug.
