Jasmine P.O.V.

"JASMINE!! GET YOUR ASS DONE HERE!!! NOW!!!" Steve yelled. I hurried and walked down to were he was. I walked into the kitchen and he was standing behind some broken glass

"Did you fucking do this?!?" he asked
I shook my no
"I asked you a question!!"
"And I said no!!!" I spat at him. And I should have. his hand met my face. I fell to the floor. He stared to kick my sides and pulling my hair
"Go to your fucking room!" I tried to get up but it hurt. And I had it. I closed the door and looked out the window. To see not only Jack Gilinsky, Jack Johnson, and Sam Wilkinson. I go to school with them. Mi have history with all of them then Math with Sam. I started to cry. only if my dad was here. my mom still cared. and Steve wasn't in my life. I looked at the boys playing basketball. when Sams eyes met mine. He looked concern. I got up and went to my bed and put in my shoes. I was just going to get a drink from the circle K. I grabbed my penny and I walked out the house.
I was at the end of my drive threw. I out down penny. I had to skate pass the boys. and I heard some one call out
"WERE THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING!??! JASMINE GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE." Steve yelled. And I I skated off. But not fast. some one grabbed my hair. I yelled. I looked at Sam
"Help!!" I mouthed. he ran and pulled me back. Steve looked at him.
"Who is this?!? your little slut toy?!?" I was standing behind Sam
"Don't ever touch her like that!" Sam said. He doesn't even know my name. Why would he care?
"She not your daughter!" Steve said
"I'm not your either!" I said
"Shut up you whore! that's another one!"
"Go on with your life!!" Sam said
"jasmine go get me something to eat! you slut!" he said and walked back in the house. Sam turned to face me but I looked down.
"Are you ok?" he asked
"Yeah. thanks. I better be going." I grabbed my penny. and stood on the board. but someone grabbed my wrist
"No come on. your lip is bleeding." he wrapped his arm around my waist. but then everything became blurry.
"help..." I whispered and blacked out.

I woke up in a white room. I heard beeping. I sat up and saw the jacks and Sam.
"What's going on?" I breathed out
they stood up
"You blacked out" Johnson told me
"And 3 of your ribs are broken. and your Mom and Dad are in jail. for child abuse."
"He's not my dad..." I said
"Stepdad." Johnson said
"Yeah."
"Doctor will be back soon. So tell us about yourself." Gilinsky said
"Well my dad died when I was 15 in a car crash. Me and my mom survived. but my mom thought it was my fault. so she started to hit me and shit. then she stopped and never talked or looked at me. she started to do drugs. then she got re-married to Steve and he started to abuse me... uh I have no friends. I eat lunch bj the bathroom stall... and that my life..." I said
"I'm sorry." the jacks said.
"It's ok."
"Well what do I do now?" I asked
"Well police said since your 17 and turning 18 in a month you can stay at your house." Sam said. And then A doctor walked in
"Hi Jasmine! nice to see you awake." he said. I nodded
"Ok so I'm going to give you these. Take two at night that will help you ribs. now here you go. just get dressed and you can go..." he handed me my pill bottle and walked out the room. I looked around for my clothes. I saw them and thank god!! this hospital covered the back. I tried to stand up but I hurt. I stood up and grouned in pain. Sam got up and grabbed my arm and helped me up. and walked to get my clothes and walked into the bathroom. I changed in some black high waisted shorts with a big black shirt that was my dads. It was huge in me but I didn't care. I walked out and the looked at me
"Ready?" sam asked. I nodded. The stood up and walked out. Sam wrapped his Arm around my waist and holed on tight

We arrived at gilinskys house and heard to his basement. sam set me on the couch and sat next to me.
"Want to watch a movie??" he asked. I nodded
"What movie I have 'After Earth' 'Forest Gump' 'Fro--"
"Forst Gump" I cut him off "me and my dad would always watch it." the nodded at the movie was put in and if started
In the middle if the movie I was getting tired at I fell asleep in Sams chest.

Sam P.O.V.

I think I'm falling for Jasmine. she beautiful and cute and sweet. I feel bad.
She fell asleep on my chest. I wrapped my arm around her
"I think Little Sammy has a crush...." Johnson said with a smirk in his face
"Maybe..."
"You really like her uh?" Gilinsky asked
"Yeah. I mean I always saw her at school but didn't know who she was. Only knew she was beautiful. I never knew that she was hurt and broken."
"Yeah me too man. I feel bad." Johnson said
"Maybe tomorrow she can sit with us at lunch." I suggested
"Yeah man." Johnson said
