When Maya Hart decided she had enough she did what she had to long ago.
She ran away.
But when she faces someone of her past how will she act or will it be nothing?
Tuesday, 4 December, 16:30 and Maya arrives in Malibu. She exhales as she stops in front of the apartment which she had gotten herself and quickly checked in. She went inside and put her suitcase in the room before she took a deep breathe. She did it. She traveled half way across the country on her own. Of course California was still in the US but it was very far to drive. Maya looks at the clock and quickly before the shops closes she goes to buy some stuff. Of course she was left with nothing and that was the one bad thing about this entire thing. She just went to buy a few necessaties and then she went back home. She packed everything out and immediately she went to get a shower which was needed. She gets out of the shower and quickly gets dressed as she leaves her hair to air dry.

She then pulls out her phone as she sees the only people who have noticed that she is missing is Lucas and the gang. Not a single message from her mother nor from Shawn. She sighed as she knew they didn't even care what happens to her. She shake sher head as she puts her phone down and grabs a bottle of water. She realizes she needs to get ready if she was to go out.
She blow dried her hair and quickly just did some make-up before she headed out. The streets of Malibu were quiet in comparison with New York and Maya enjoyed that very much. She arrived at this karaoki club and immediately went in. The music was nice and the vibe was relaxing. Like a typical California vibe. Of course it wasn't as cold as New York since it was only Malibu but it was still needed for a jacket. Maya sat down at one of the tables immediately being served.
"New in town?" a girl asked and Maya smiled. "Yeah, I'm Maya." "Megan welcome. What can I get you?" Megan asked. "Just a coffee for now please. What is this setup for?" Maya asked. "Karaoki. You sing?" Megan asked. "Yeah, I actually do. Let me see what I've got," Maya said and went up to the stage.
As soon as she went on Josh Matthews walked in and was shocked at the teen girl there. But was also worried.

Maya walked off stage immediately back to her table where she talked to Megan for awhile. Josh was fascinated by the girl but now he was more worried than ever because he didn't know what she was doing there little did he know why. He walked over to Maya placing his hand on her back causing her to turn around.
"Josh?" Maya said and Josh smiled. "What on earth are you doing here?" Josh asked and Maya clamed up. "Megan, can you excuse us for a second please?" Josh asked and Megan left. "What is going on?" Josh asked. "I ran away," Maya said and Josh's eyes widened.
Now he didn't know what to do. Because the girl he once loved didn't just run away a few miles. This was more then three thousand miles from home.
